这款 18 年单一麦芽苏格兰威士忌在大部分美国橡木桶中熟成，还有一小部分欧洲橡木桶来平衡酒体。这款单一麦芽威士忌易于饮用，带有干果香气，口感丰富复杂，余味柔和，带有坚果味。复杂而均衡。刚开始口感顺滑油腻，但随后口感中隐隐透出迷人的干涩。核桃和抛光古董橡木的香气引出一整碗干果（杏子、黑醋栗、苹果）的味道，然后是姜饼的味道。随后，顺滑的蜂蜜甜味被新鲜剥皮的梨的清爽清新所中和。口感饱满、悠长、细腻，带有清晰的雪松香调，背景为细腻、丝滑的巧克力。口感变得更清淡，带有姜味麦芽的回忆；这种干涩现在被精致余味中持久的甜味所抵消。
