Rewards Terms & Conditions

By joining the Albert Wines Bottle Rewards Program, customers agree to the following Terms & Conditions. The rewards program is available exclusively to registered account holders on AlbertWines2u. Customers must be logged into their account at the time of purchase in order to earn or redeem points.

Customers will earn 1 point for every RM1 spent on eligible purchases unless otherwise stated during selected promotional campaigns or bonus point events. Points will only be awarded on completed and successful transactions. Points will not be awarded for cancelled, refunded, partially refunded, failed, or fraudulent orders. Albert Wines reserves the right to remove, reverse, or adjust points from a customer’s rewards balance where applicable.

Reward points, redemption codes, benefits, and rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and strictly for use by the registered account holder only. Reward redemptions generate a one-time use discount code which is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.

Reward codes are valid on full-priced items only and are not stackable with other promotions, discounts, bundles, sale items, voucher codes, member offers, or promotional campaigns unless otherwise stated by Albert Wines. Limited to one reward redemption code per order.

Points will not be earned on shipping fees, gift cards, taxes, or other excluded products and services as determined by Albert Wines from time to time.

Albert Wines reserves the right to amend, suspend, terminate, or modify the Bottle Rewards Program, including but not limited to the points structure, redemption rates, eligible purchases, reward eligibility, tier benefits, and these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice. Albert Wines also reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or revoke points and rewards in cases of suspected abuse, misuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
