The Bottles Reward Program allows you to earn as you go. From wines and spirits to beers and coffee, every time you shop with us, you will be rewarded and enjoy access to exclusive offers.

Once you sign up for the Bottle Reward program, you will automatically join our Drinks Explorer level and receive 1000 welcome points.

Then, for every RM1 you spend, you'll receive a minimum of 1 point.

You can also earn points if you:

• Follow us on Facebook or Instagram
• Write a product review
• Refer a friend
• When you celebrate your birthday.

Log in to your account to redeem your points for your discount code and shop away.

Redeem the required amount, as it will generate a discount code that can only be used once. If you have redeemed all your points but have not yet fully utilized them, and the code is no longer valid, please contact our customer service for alternatives.

To check your Bottles Rewards points balance, simply log in to your online account and track your balance.

Your Bottles Reward points will expire after one year, so we always suggest using your account to keep your points active.

Send your friend your referral links by copying and pasting the link found on the loyalty panel.

Once your friend clicks on the referral link, they will be redirected to the store's page, where they'll have to enter their email address in a prompt to get their discount code via email.

Your friend will need to manually copy and paste the code for it to be applied at the checkout.

If you invited a friend to join the Bottles Reward program and your points haven’t shown up on your rewards account, they will likely haven't completed a purchase of RM200 or more. Please contact us if you've confirmed the referral was successful and still haven't received your points.
