Yes! Albert Wines supplies wines, spirits, beer, sake, mineral water, and non-alcoholic beverages to restaurants, bars, hotels, cafés, retailers, corporate events, and other businesses across Malaysia.

Yes. All payments made on our website are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways, including iPay88 and Stripe, to help ensure your payment information is protected at all times.

No, we currently do not offer cash on delivery (COD). All orders must be paid in full before they can be processed and dispatched.

Yes, there is a transaction limit of up to RM10,000. If your order value exceeds this limit, please contact our customer service for further assistance.

Order FAQs

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Your payment will be reimbursed with a 3% deduction for credit card fees.

Yes. If you have received a promotional voucher, you may use it according to its specified terms and conditions.

Unless stated otherwise, vouchers are only applicable to full-priced products and cannot be used with other promotions, discounted items, bundles, or event tickets. Only one voucher code can be used per order.

Most vouchers come with a limited validity period, and this timeframe cannot be extended.

Shippping & Delivery

Klang Valley (except remote areas): 2–3 working days after order date

Outside Klang Valley: 3–6 working days after order date

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods, festive seasons, or unforeseen courier delays.

Standard Delivery is RM12 per order/shipping address. Orders above RM250 qualify for free standard delivery.

Same Day Delivery is available for selected areas within Klang Valley at RM25 per order/shipping address on working days only, subject to availability.

Yes. As alcohol products are age-restricted, an adult aged 21 years old and above must be present to receive the order. Our delivery partner operates from 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday).

Additional delivery charges may apply for failed delivery attempts or rescheduled deliveries.

Yes! We are happy to accommodate later delivery requests on any business day within 1 month from the order date, subject to scheduling availability.

Please inform our customer service team before your order is dispatched. Storage fees will apply after 1 month.

We strongly recommend checking your order before acknowledging the courier’s delivery receipt. If there are any broken, leaking, damaged, or missing bottles, please inform the courier immediately and contact us as soon as possible.

Kindly note the issue on the courier’s delivery receipt where applicable. Once the claim has been verified with the delivery company, we will arrange for a suitable replacement or resolution accordingly.

Self-pickup orders must be collected within 1 month from the order date.

Orders remaining uncollected beyond this period may be disposed of if deemed unsuitable for sale or consumption. Refunds will not be applicable in such cases.

Returns

All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged, faulty, incorrect, or ‘corked’ bottle, kindly notify us and return the bottle to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving your order for assessment.

Return bottles must still contain at least half of its original contents. Empty bottles will not qualify for replacement or refund.

Please note that returns due to change of mind, personal taste preference, or incorrect orders placed are not accepted. Promotional bottles, Grand Cru Classe wines, back vintage wines, rare wines, and opened spirits bottles are also strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

AlbertWines2u reserves the right to refuse replacement or refund requests if the grounds provided are deemed unreasonable.

Our refund policy does not apply to self-pickup orders once the products have been inspected and collected.

We kindly ask customers to inspect all items carefully before leaving the premises.

All the products listed on our website are guaranteed to be 100% genuine. We have been importing and distributing wines, spirits, and more in Malaysia since 1992, establishing a strong track record in ensuring product authenticity. We ship directly from the estates and collaborate closely with representatives to guarantee the provenance of all our products. If you have any questions or doubts about a product, we would be delighted to assist you.

We work hard to keep website current with the latest information, including details about our wine vintages and alcohol levels. However, there's a small chance we might miss updating some vintages. If you're looking for a specific vintage, especially for a premium bottle, please contact us directly, and we'll be happy to help.

The images displayed on this website are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product.  Although we strive to offer the most accurate images, occasional design changes in some shipments may occur without our notice. Hence, the photos are not contractual. To confirm the current design, please contact us on WhatsApp, and we will promptly send you the latest photo directly from our warehouse. 

Certain wines, especially older wines and premium reds, may naturally develop sediment, tartrate crystals, slight label wear, ullage variation, or capsule imperfections over time.

These are normal characteristics of wine ageing and are not considered defects.
