Jester Cabernet 葡萄园位于麦拉伦谷南端，靠近威朗加镇。这里的土壤主要是黑色的比斯开粘土，位于古老的 Gnaltinga 地层基岩之上。这种粘土表层土壤在冬季和春季可以保持水分，促进葡萄的强劲生长。夏季则变得非常干燥，干燥到使葡萄树开裂，从而产生浓郁的味道。凉爽的海风和沟壑风的结合有助于缓和炎热的夏日，为种植浓郁而平衡的果实提供了理想的条件。
