龟幻酒采用传统技艺在酒窖中酿造。原料为萨摩地区产的被称为“黄金仙馆”的红薯，在经过时间考验的陶罐中慢慢酿造。未经提炼的酒被存放在温度变化不大的石砌仓库中，存放在无釉陶罐中。然后经过长时间的熟化，最终酿造出正宗的红薯酒。酒能够通过陶罐呼吸，从而增强其成熟圆润的风味。这是一种在陶罐中酿造和储存的烧酒，充分利用了陶器的固有力量，其中许多力量至今仍超出人类的理解范围。您一定会喜欢这种优质酒的柔和、精致的香气和深沉、成熟的风味。
