Returns & Refunds

At AlbertWines2u, we take great care in our storage, packing, and delivery process to ensure your wines and spirits arrive in excellent condition. However, wine is a delicate and perishable product, and occasional issues may occur.

If you believe you have received a damaged, faulty, incorrect, or corked bottle, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.

Return Process

Please notify us by email or phone call within 48 hours of receiving your order for any:

  • damaged items
  • leakage
  • incorrect products
  • missing items

For corked or faulty wines, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned bottles must be sent back to our warehouse for assessment before any replacement, store credit, or refund is approved.


Important Notice

  • Bottles on promotion (with a slashed price) are strictly not exchangeable, returnable, or refundable.

  • Grand Cru Classe, back vintage wines, collector bottles, and rare wines are strictly not exchangeable, returnable, or refundable.

  • Returns or refunds due to personal taste preference, change of mind, or incorrect orders placed by customers will not be accepted.

  • Natural sediment, tartrate crystals, slight label wear, capsule imperfections, ullage variation, or normal vintage variation are not considered wine faults.


Terms & Conditions for Returns

For wines:

  • Corked bottles returned to us should still contain at least half of its original contents to allow proper assessment
  • Empty bottles will not be eligible for replacement, refund, or exchange.

For spirits:

  • Opened bottles, broken seals, or products showing signs of consumption are strictly not returnable or refundable unless deemed faulty upon assessment.

AlbertWines2u reserves the right to refuse any replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund request if the grounds provided are found to be unreasonable or inconsistent with our policy.


Storage & Product Care

Wine is highly sensitive to heat and storage conditions, especially in Malaysia’s climate. Once products have been successfully delivered or collected, AlbertWines2u shall not be responsible for any deterioration, leakage, oxidation, or spoilage caused by improper storage, handling, or exposure to heat.

We strongly recommend storing all wines in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight.


Self-Pickup Orders

Please note that our refund and return policy does not apply to self-pickup orders once the products have been inspected and collected.

We kindly ask customers to inspect all items before leaving the premises.

All self-pickup orders must be collected within 1 month from the order date. Orders remaining uncollected beyond this period may be subject to disposal if deemed unsuitable for sale or consumption. Refunds will not be applicable in such cases.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout. Please note that delivery fees, same-day delivery charges, and payment gateway transaction fees may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
