ASW 是第一款承认 Amy Burch 家族血统的葡萄酒。酒庄共同所有人 Amy 从早期就深度参与了 Howard Park 的工作。巧合的是，Amy 的父母姓名的首字母也是 ASW。她的父亲 Alex Stephen Wee 是一位成功的新加坡商人，他白手起家，1946 年带着 1 新加坡元从东马来西亚来到新加坡。Amy 的母亲 Annie Sheila Wee 在新加坡寄宿期间由法国和爱尔兰修女抚养长大，因此对红酒有着浓厚的文化亲和力。直到今天，她仍然喜欢喝一杯西拉葡萄酒。Wees 家族于 20 世纪 60 年代来到澳大利亚。Amy 很自豪能够用这款特别的葡萄酒来纪念她的父母和她家人的努力。


ASW 是 Howard Park 风格的突破，是玛格丽特河所有水果的红葡萄酒混合物，也是唯一一款大量使用美国橡木的葡萄酒。赤霞珠地块在静态发酵罐中发酵，发酵罐配有下沉板，以保持盖子浸没，并温和地提取风味和单宁。西拉地块在 4t 开放式发酵罐中发酵，配有气动压实器，发酵结束时留在果皮上数周。在混合之前，在法国橡木桶中单独熟化 18 个月，混合后再在美国橡木桶中陈化两个月。
浓郁的蓝莓、香草、巧克力和黑樱桃香味，伴有淡淡的黑橄榄和淡淡的肉桂和茴香味。口感醇厚，充满浓郁的浆果味，与香草和椰子混合在一起。持久的风味、精致成熟的单宁、奢华的质地和香料的复杂性完美融合，造就了这款华丽而奢华的葡萄酒。
