Highland Park 18 Year Old Single Cask is a super limited single cask whisky from the cult Scottish distiller. Fully matured in Sherry butt #3126 and coming in at a king-sized 63% ABV, it’s been hand-selected by the distillery’s renowned Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion.

Flung into the North Atlantic off the top of Scotland, the Orkneys bask in the Gulf Stream. This means the heat rarely climbs above 20 degrees in the summer and only drops below 0 during the occasional winter Arctic blast. The casks mature in dunnage warehouses that boast even less temperature fluctuation allowing perfect slow maturation.

Highland Park 18 Year Old Single Cask is the perfect combination of fruit and spice. Intense aromas of roasted peaches and spiced black cherries herald a rich harmony of beautifully balanced flavours, sugar-glazed plums, aromatic chai tea and honeyed peat smoke.
