地点 ： 位于勃艮第南部马孔葡萄酒产区中心地带。Viré 和 Clessé 两个村庄在面向东南的斜坡上形成独特的“风土”。在 Viré，土壤为白垩土，含有大量粘土。在 Clessé，土壤结构略有不同，由白垩土和粘土混合而成，并混有石灰泥灰岩和牡蛎化石，赋予葡萄酒特殊的矿物质风味。这是该地区最好的白葡萄酒之一，兼具柔顺性和矿物质风味。

2022 年年份： 经过一月至二月间温度明显变化的冬季，春天来临，气温温和。四月的寒冷天气接踵而至，五月气温回升，但缺水现象非常明显，六月的暴雨也无法弥补。夏季出现了多次长时间的热浪，八月底的暴雨最受欢迎。Chanson 的采收工作于 8 月 30 日开始，由 100 人组成的团队完成，并于 9 月 13 日结束。2022 年份的产量和质量都相当可观，白葡萄酒均衡、精确、清爽。

品尝： 浅金色。清新的白花香味，混合着白果和新鲜麝香葡萄，略带湿石味。均衡而活泼。余味非常美妙清新。

食物搭配：新鲜而又美味的越南鸡肉或鱼类菜肴是绝佳搭配，各种新鲜沙拉，甚至略带奶油味的鸡肉意大利面或豆腐炒菜也是绝佳搭配。您甚至可以选择鱼肉玉米卷或温和的墨西哥菜肴（但辣椒会掩盖味道）。
