Chateau Roubine 'Premium' 仅采用酒庄自有的葡萄酿造，这些葡萄产自酒庄周围的葡萄园，自 1955 年起被列为“普罗旺斯一级酒庄”——这是仅有的 18 个获得这一著名称号的酒庄之一，也是唯一获得生物动力认证的酒庄。
