“狮子与龙”是普罗旺斯玫瑰中的精品，采用庄园最佳地块中手工挑选的有机种植葡萄，在橡木桶中陈酿而成，产量极小。庄园徽章上的狮子和龙源自该地区的圣殿骑士历史：龙是德拉吉尼昂市的象征，狮子则代表洛尔格镇——两者都受到普罗旺斯太阳的保护。

葡萄在清晨手工采摘，放入板条箱，然后存放在冷室中 24 小时。然后浆果经过分类台，送往压榨机。冷皮膜浸渍法（玫瑰酒的长期使用）可以尽可能多地提取香气和葡萄品种的典型特征，而不会变色。这样获得的果汁在低温下倒出，然后放入温度控制的桶和“Foudres”（大型橡木桶）中，然后借助其天然酵母开始自然发酵。陈酿持续约 6 个月。
