博卡斯特尔酒庄因其对传统酿酒方法的坚持和对品质的不懈追求而闻名，它以产区允许的所有十三个葡萄品种酿造的优质葡萄酒而闻名，其中包括歌海娜、西拉、慕合怀特、古诺瓦兹等。

每种葡萄品种均单独手工采摘。还原性葡萄品种（慕合怀特、西拉）在橡木发酵罐中酿造，氧化性葡萄品种（所有其他品种）则在传统搪瓷混凝土罐中酿造。苹果酸乳酸发酵完成后，佩兰家族将不同品种混合。然后将混合物在橡木桶中陈酿一年，然后装瓶。

2019 年博卡斯特尔葡萄酒呈现出深邃而浓郁的宝石红色。香气浓郁而复杂，混合着香料、新鲜水果、可可和白兰地的绝妙香气。这款葡萄酒非常优雅、醇厚、口感丰富，口感丝滑，散发着黑莓和高贵香料的浓郁香气。余味悠长。应该可以陈酿到中期，甚至更久，但更重要的是，它非常美味、均衡、新鲜。
