博卡斯特尔酒庄一直被认为是法国最优质的葡萄酒之一。它以优雅、平衡和陈年潜力而闻名。博卡斯特尔酒庄位于教皇新堡北部边界，拥有得天独厚的风土条件，受米斯特拉尔风的影响。自 60 年代以来，该产区所有 13 个品种均采用有机种植。

博卡斯特尔的白葡萄酒产量有限，因为我们只种植了 7 公顷白葡萄。主要品种是 Roussanne，占混合酒的 80%。手工采摘，装在小箱子里，挑选葡萄，气动压榨，果汁沉淀，发酵（30% 在橡木桶中，70% 在罐中）8 个月。在橡木桶中发酵 8 个月后装瓶。
