Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 年单一麦芽威士忌在传统橡木威士忌酒桶中陈酿 14 年，然后在之前盛放加勒比朗姆酒的酒桶中“完成”。为了打造理想的收尾，酿酒大师 David C. Stewart MBE 将自己精选的西印度朗姆酒混合后灌入美国橡木酒桶中。

当他判断酒桶已经准备好时，朗姆酒被换成了 14 年陈酿烈酒，木桶也开始发挥作用，为威士忌增添最后的点缀。最终酿造出一款非凡的单一麦芽威士忌，具有百富传统的顺滑蜂蜜风味，并融合了太妃糖和淡淡的水果味，余味温暖悠长。

1892/1893 年，百富酒厂在格兰菲迪酒厂附近一块占地 12 英亩的土地上建成。它最初被称为格兰戈登，以隔壁那座巨大的（已毁坏的）城堡命名。这座“新”城堡早在 1893 年就已荒废，后来被改建成麦芽加工厂。
该酒厂主要为 Grant's Standfast 混合酒提供填充料，直到 1973 年首次正式装瓶。它作为混合酒的贡献者，持续的需求最初限制了它作为独立品牌的发展（尽管提高了它的崇拜地位）。1990 年 Kininvie 开业后，这种情况略有缓解，但直到 Ailsa Bay 建成后，才最终提供了更多的库存。它现在是世界上增长最快的单一麦芽品牌之一。
