Oyster Bay Sparkling Cuvée Brut 100% 采用霞多丽葡萄酿造，赋予葡萄酒优雅、细腻和矿物感。我们选择优质的霞多丽克隆品种，葡萄个头小，味道浓郁。葡萄藤生长在古老的冲积河流阶地上，产生浓郁、纯正的品种风味以及天然的酸度，是酿造超优质起泡酒的理想选择。我们提早采摘果实，并使用中性酵母来突出霞多丽品种的特性。
