作为世界上最著名、最负盛名的甜白葡萄酒，苏玳控制产区葡萄酒受到秋季独特微气候的刺激，白天阳光明媚、干燥，晚上则有凉爽的雾气。由于每株葡萄树仅产出两到三杯葡萄酒，因此产量微薄。
