Les Sinards White comes from an area called 'Clos du Chateau', in the village of Chateauneuf du Pape. The rare 2.5-hectare vineyard is located right around the historical pope’s palace, and all of the viticulture is carried out by the Beaucastel team. The alcoholic fermentation and the malolactic fermentation were carried out in 600-litre demi-muids, with the lees being stirred once a week for three months.
