巴吉鲁斯酒庄 (Domaine de Bargylus) 由 Saade 家族 (来自邻国黎巴嫩的马西亚斯酒庄) 于 2003 年创立，是饱受战争蹂躏的叙利亚仅存的几家酒庄之一。巴吉鲁斯酒庄位于 Deir Touma 附近，字面意思是“托马斯修道院”，距离十字军东征时代和著名的萨拉丁考古遗址不远。巴吉鲁斯酒庄具有典型的地中海风格，优雅地结合了力量和精致：它色泽浓烈，通过新鲜水果和矿物质可以感受到各种香气，这些都体现在砾石土壤中。阳光和葡萄带来的甜味、完全成熟度和石灰石带来的盐度之间的平衡，使巴吉鲁斯酒庄拥有强烈的土壤特性和独特的味道。
