Grown in the cool, mineral-rich soils of Limarí Valley, this Chardonnay reflects a remarkable harmony between crisp acidity and concentrated fruit, showcasing the subtle influence of the Pacific climate. De Martino’s dedication to sustainable vineyard practices ensures that each bottle captures the pure character of the terroir, resulting in a wine of elegance, freshness, and authenticity. Aging occurred in large oak casks (foudres) and used French oak barrels for 10 months.

On the palate, Legado Chardonnay Reserva offers bright notes of citrus, green apple, and white peach, layered with delicate hints of flint and toasted almond. Its lively acidity and creamy texture are beautifully balanced by gentle oak nuances, leading to a long and refined finish. Ideal for pairing with seafood, roasted poultry, or creamy pastas, this wine demonstrates De Martino’s ability to craft Chardonnays that are both expressive and food-friendly, perfect for both casual enjoyment and fine dining experiences.
