“狮子与龙”红葡萄酒是普罗旺斯最优质的葡萄酒之一，采用庄园最佳地块中手工挑选的有机种植葡萄，在橡木桶中陈酿而成，产量极小。庄园徽章上的狮子和龙源自该地区的圣殿骑士历史：龙是德拉吉尼昂市的象征，狮子则代表洛尔格市——两者都受到普罗旺斯太阳的保护。

葡萄采摘采用手工方式，酿造采用来自庄园最古老地块的单独葡萄品种。去梗和压碎后，经过超过 1 个月的长时间发酵，这款葡萄酒具有了完整的结构和质感，并呈现出了其浓郁的石榴红色。在本土酵母的自然发酵后，葡萄酒在橡木桶中陈酿 24 个月，然后在桶中混合并装瓶。

明亮的石榴红色，带有红宝石般的光泽。香气非常复杂。它散发出樱桃和黑胡椒的香气。我们感受到了这些南部加里格和黑橄榄的香气，以及淡淡的香草味。这是一款富有表现力的葡萄酒，以成熟的水果和香料（烤摩卡、蓝莓和野生黑莓）为主。陈酿潜力良好，发展前景更为光明。
