2017 年 Palmer 酒庄酿造的葡萄酒由 54% 的梅洛、42% 的赤霞珠和 4% 的小维铎混合而成，颜色呈深石榴红色，散发出浓郁的黑醋栗甜酒、温润的李子和黑莓果酱的香气，还带有一丝雪松木、铅笔屑、紫罗兰、黑巧克力和八角茴香的味道，以及檀香和桂皮的异域风情。酒体中等，口感具有非常鲜明、脆脆的黑色水果味，质地紧实，成熟、粒状单宁和大量新鲜感，余味非常悠长，矿物质味浓郁。这款葡萄酒需要 5-7 年才能真正绽放出所有紧密的细微差别，但它应该会令人惊艳！
