Chateau l'Eglise 由 Dieuxyssies 家族经营。葡萄园占地 29 公顷，土壤为粘土石灰岩和沙质粉砂质土壤及底土。混合酒由 40% 的梅洛、50% 的赤霞珠和 10% 的品丽珠酿造而成。酿酒过程经过严格控制，在不锈钢罐中酿造，酿造周期为 18-25 天。葡萄酒在橡木桶中陈酿（1/3 为新桶），陈酿期为 6 个月。

Chateau l'eglise 酒庄的酒色为深红宝石色，散发着香草和烧烤的香气。口感清新，带有可可和红浆果的香气。酒体坚实，单宁细腻。适宜饮用温度为 16 至 18° C。与红肉和奶酪搭配完美。
