2017 年 Gruaud Larose 的梅洛采摘时间为 9 月 15 日至 20 日，赤霞珠采摘时间为 10 月 21 日至 3 日，在木桶和水泥桶中发酵，并在法国橡木桶中陈酿，其中 80% 为新橡木桶，陈酿时间为 18 至 24 个月。颜色相当深，一开始带有内敛的香气，需要用玻璃杯慢慢地催熟。有黑樱桃、碘和一丝铅笔芯的味道。口感中等浓郁，平衡细腻。这是一款朴实无华但非常漂亮的 Gruaud Larose，显然得益于谨慎的萃取。橡木与线性、几乎像软糖一样的余味完美融合，余味相当持久。饮用期为 2022 – 2040 年。
