Domaine Chanson 的一级葡萄园的葡萄酒在 Bastion 酒窖的木桶中陈酿；这款混合酒由来自 Domaine 一级葡萄园中精选地块的葡萄混合而成 - Beaune Clos du Roi、Beaune Clos des Marconnets、Beaune Bressandes、Beaune Teurons、Beaune Champimonts、Beaune Clos des Mouches 和 Beaune Clos des Feves Monopole。Beaune 一级葡萄园的不同风土以及 Chanson 的旗舰葡萄园的结合赋予了葡萄酒独特的个性和质感。
