为纪念堡林爵香槟与 007 合作 40 周年，这款 2007 年份香槟向电影《太空城》致敬，这也是堡林爵香槟与这位著名的英国特工的首次合作。

1978 年，两位葡萄酒爱好者——时任 Bollinger 香槟酒厂总经理的 Christian Bizot 和《007》制片人 Albert R. 'Cubby' Broccoli 偶然相遇，从此开启了两个家族之间永不褪色的长久友谊。1979 年，Bollinger 香槟酒随着《太空城》的上映出现在大银幕上，成为这位著名英国特工的官方香槟。多年来，双方的合作关系不断发展，如今已成为两个品牌历史中不可或缺的一部分。时至今日，在现任管理人 EON Productions 的 Michael G. Wilson 和 Barbara Broccoli 以及 Bollinger 家族的守护下，这两个标志性品牌之间的关系仍在继续。
