Special Cuvée 由 85% 以上的 Grand 和 Premier 葡萄园酿造，其中三种主要香槟品种为：60% 黑皮诺、25% 霞多丽和 15% 莫尼耶。酒窖陈酿时间是法定产区规定的两倍。每升含 7 至 8 克，适中。
