The wine is aged for approximately 14 months in American oak barrels, followed by bottle ageing to refine its structure. This maturation brings gentle notes of vanilla, toast, and sweet spice, complementing the cherry and plum fruit without overwhelming it. Soft tannins and balanced acidity define its smooth, crowd-pleasing profile.
