    Step 1: Purchase a minimum of RM300 worth of participating Pernod Ricard products from participating outlets during the contest period.

    Step 2: Scan the QR code on the contest banner above and complete the contest registration form.

    Step 3: Fill in your personal details and answer two (2) contest-related questions.

    Step 4: Upload a clear image of your original receipt or invoice.

    Step 5: Submit your entry.

    ⚠️ TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. Eligibility

    Open to non-Muslims aged 21 years and above as of 15 June 2026. The organiser reserves the right to request identification for verification.

    2. Entry Requirements

    Each entry must be supported by a valid proof of purchase from Albert Wines during the contest period.

    • One receipt = one entry
    • Multiple entries allowed with separate receipts
    • Multiple purchases on one receipt = one entry only
    • Incomplete, invalid, or duplicate entries will be disqualified

    Participants must ensure all personal details submitted are accurate. Albert Wines is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or incomplete submissions.

    3. Winner Selection & Notification

    Winners will be selected based on creative evaluation of submitted contest responses, judged on:

    • Creativity
    • Originality
    • Relevance

    Winners will be contacted via email, WhatsApp, or phone call and must respond within 3 calendar days. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture and replacement selection. All decisions made by the organiser are final.

    4. Prizes

    All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash. Prizes are awarded on an “as is, where is” basis. The organiser reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value without prior notice.

    For the Grand Prize, all travel, transport, accommodation, and personal expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

    5. Disqualification

    Participants may be disqualified for:

    • Invalid or fraudulent receipts
    • Incomplete or incorrect submissions
    • Multiple entries using the same receipt
    • Breach of contest rules
    • Late submissions

    The organiser reserves the right to disqualify entries without notice.

    6. Liability

    This giveaway is organised and managed solely by Pernod Ricard Malaysia. Albert Wines is not involved in the administration, winner selection, fulfilment, or management of the contest and shall not be held responsible for any matters relating to participation, prizes, or outcomes. Albert Wines acts solely as a participating distributor for this contest. Participation is at the entrant’s own risk.

    7. General Conditions

    By participating, entrants agree to all contest terms. The organiser’s decision is final. Albert Wines reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the contest without prior notice. 

    The Organizer may use participants’ names, images, and submissions for marketing purposes without additional compensation. Any attempt to interfere with the contest will result in disqualification.

    8. Data Protection

    Participants consent to the collection and use of personal data by Albert Wines for contest administration and marketing purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).
