Ingredients 45ml The Glenlivet 12-Year-Old 15ml elderflower liqueur 10ml lime juice 60ml sparkling apple juice Ice cubes Garnish: Thin apple slices or a sprig of mint

Instructions Fill a tall glass with ice. Add The Glenlivet, elderflower liqueur, and lime juice. Top up with sparkling apple juice. Stir gently and garnish with apple slices or mint.

Ingredients 50ml Chivas Regal 12 30ml pineapple juice 15ml lemon juice 15ml simple syrup 1 egg white (optional for frothiness) Ice cubes Garnish: Pineapple wedge or cherry
