Sourced from clay limestone vineyards in Sancerre and Touraine, this 100% Pinot Noir undergoes rigorous berry selection and a 20 day cold pre fermentation maceration to build depth and character.

Brilliant ruby in colour, it shows elegant red fruits, cherry and blackcurrant with subtle spice. The finish is balanced and refined, with gentle oak highlighting the nobility of Pinot Noir.

Crafted from organically grown grapes.

Chateau Marsyas B-QA White

Made from younger estate vines, this vibrant blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc offers apple, pear, citrus zest and tropical notes of pineapple and melon.

Fresh and full bodied with lively acidity, it delivers a creamy texture balanced by chalky minerality and elegant spice, finishing long and precise.
