Orders
We have no minimum order policy!
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Your payment will be reimbursed with a 3% deduction for credit card fees.
If you have received a promotional voucher, you may use it in accordance with its specified terms and conditions. Each voucher can be used only once per transaction and per user, with additional details available in the Terms & Conditions. Please note that most vouchers come with a limited usage period, and this timeframe cannot be extended. Feel free to refer to the Terms & Conditions for further information.

All the products listed on our website are guaranteed to be 100% genuine. We have been importing and distributing wines, spirits, and more in Malaysia since 1992, establishing a strong track record in ensuring product authenticity. We ship directly from the estates and collaborate closely with representatives to guarantee the provenance of all our products. If you have any questions or doubts about a product, we would be delighted to assist you.
We work hard to keep website current with the latest information, including details about our wine vintages and alcohol levels. However, there's a small chance we might miss updating some vintages. If you're looking for a specific vintage, especially for a premium bottle, please contact us directly, and we'll be happy to help.
The images displayed on this website are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product. Although we strive to offer the most accurate images, occasional design changes in some shipments may occur without our notice. Hence, the photos are not contractual. To confirm the current design, please contact us on WhatsApp/WeChat, and we will promptly send you the latest photo directly from our warehouse.
Shipping
We offer standard delivery, same-day delivery, and self-pickup options.
- Standard Delivery is RM12 per order/shipping address. Orders above RM199 qualify for free standard delivery.
- Same Day Delivery is RM20 per order/shipping address and is available for selected areas within Klang Valley.
- Klang Valley (except remote areas): 1-3 working days after order date
- Outside Klang Valley: 3-6 working days after order date
Place your order before 4 pm on a business day, and your goods will be delivered within 3 hours!
If a product is out of stock, our customer service representative will promptly contact you to discuss a suitable substitution. *Albertwines2u retains the right to temporarily put the order on hold due to any unforeseen reasons.
Note: While we are unable to guarantee specific delivery timings, we will make every effort to have your wines delivered during your preferred time frame when requested.
We deliver to all major cities (that includes Ipoh and Penang!) and suburbs across Peninsular Malaysia. For remote areas and islands, please contact us for more information regarding delivery.
Our delivery partner operates from 9 am to 6 pm (with the possibility of later deliveries upon prior request), Monday to Friday. A signature from either you or a designated person over 21 years old is required upon parcel delivery to your home or office. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the delivery company will contact you to arrange a second delivery, likely the following day, based on their route. Your wines will be kept for a maximum of two days before being returned to our office. In such cases, we will personally schedule a second delivery with an additional charge for delivery fees.
Self-pickup is available from Monday to Friday, between 9 am to 12 pm, or 1 pm tp 5:30 pm (excluding Public Holidays). Prior to your arrival, please contact us in advance to ensure that your order is ready for pickup. Additionally, we recommend inspecting the goods before leaving the premises for your convenience and satisfaction.
Our products and services are restricted to areas within West Malaysia due to stringent cross-border regulations for alcohol. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to East Malaysia. Please ensure your delivery address is within West Malaysia to receive your order.
Returns
All sales are final. If you receive a damaged or 'corked' bottle, kindly notify us, and we'll arrange a replacement. Just follow the steps below:
Notify us by email or phone call and return the bottle to our warehouse within two weeks of receiving your order. After assessing the returned product, we will contact you to discuss options, providing either an exchange or a refund.
Return bottles must have their original contents and be at least half full for proper assessment. Empty bottles won't qualify for replacement. Albertwines2u has the right to refuse replacement or refund requests if the customer's grounds are deemed unreasonable.
The refund policy does not apply to self-pickup orders, as you are advised to inspect the goods before leaving the premises. Additionally, customers are expected to collect the goods within one month from the date of order placement. Kindly note that refund requests will not be entertained after the specified collection period has elapsed.
What if my order is damaged or lost in delivery?
We recommend thoroughly checking your wines before acknowledging the courier’s receipt of delivery. In the event of broken or missing bottles, please do not accept the delivery. Clearly detail any damage or loss on the courier's delivery receipt and promptly return the bottles. Afterward, please call to inform us, and we will arrange for a replacement once your claims are verified with the delivery company."

Payments on our site are processed through trusted companies, such as ipay88.com.my and stripe.com. These gateways are highly reliable and secure, ensuring a seamless online purchasing experience. Moreover, any payment information we receive is not stored and cannot be disclosed to other parties.

Customization
Yes, you can choose between three and six bottles per case for both Standard and Premium Wine Club boxes.
Please note that for the 6-bottle wine club, you will receive 2 bottles of each wine, totaling 3 different wines per delivery.
You will receive your delivery once a month. If you wish to postpone your shipment, you can always reschedule by visiting the subscription portal in your account center and adjusting your billing schedule.
Unfortunately, we do not offer wine swaps for our wine club boxes as they come as fixed cases. However, each surprise case is thoughtfully curated to provide you with an exciting mix of exceptional wines at a fantastic value.
