Description

This Syrah comes from the Casablanca valley, a much cooler region, influenced by the Pacific Ocean’ bringing a more temperate climate and a long growing season. Given the fresh conditions, we obtain a particular Syrah, with great aromatic expression and freshness. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels, 1/3 new casks.

Intense cherry color. Great expressiveness on the nose, with notes of roasting and currant jam, as well as hints of tobacco, juniper and some lactic nuances. In the mouth it is characterized by its great amplitude: round tannins, retronasal aromas of licorice and spices, with a long and elegant aftertaste.

Cut the foil below the lower lip.
Insert the screw into the cork's center.
Rotate the corkscrew 6 half turns.
Slowly lever the cork out.
Wipe off any sediment with a napkin.
