Louis Guntrum’s Dornfelder Lieblich is a delightful example of one of Germany’s most beloved red grape varieties, presented in a soft, slightly sweet style. Lieblich in German wine classification means “medium-sweet,” typically with residual sugar between 18–45 g/L, giving the wine a rounder, fruitier profile while still maintaining freshness.

The wine bursts with aromas of ripe cherries, blackberries, and plums, accented by hints of violets and subtle spice. The palate is soft and velvety, offering juicy dark fruit flavours balanced by a mild sweetness that rounds the edges of the tannins.
