Redbreast Lustau Edition is a unique collaboration between Midleton Distillery and Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain, marrying the richness of traditional Irish single pot still whiskey with the depth of premium sherry cask aging. Matured first in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks before being finished for one year in hand-selected first-fill sherry butts from Lustau, this expression highlights the perfect harmony of Irish craftsmanship and Spanish sherry heritage. It retains the signature Redbreast balance of fruit and spice while adding a new dimension of complexity, elegance, and vibrancy.

Tasting notes: On the nose, aromas of dark berries, ripe plums, and dates mingle with nutty marzipan, toasted oak, and hints of spice. The palate is rich, velvety, and layered, bursting with dried fruit, chocolate, roasted nuts, and a touch of leather, all lifted by vibrant sherry sweetness. The finish is long and satisfying, with waves of spice, red fruit, and lingering nuttiness, leaving a warm and elegant impression.
