Reserva Real was created after his majesty King Don Juan Carlos visited the winery in 1995, and was treated to one of the most exclusive and limited production wines in Spain. It’s difficult – almost impossible – not to fall head over heels in love with this rare, multi-award-winning wine. The blend is 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot and 3% Cabernet Franc. Only about 2,000 bottles are made from the vineyard in Medlona, Alt Penedes each year. What is so special about the vineyard is the atypical slate soil, which pushes and enhances the ripeness and concentration of the fruit. The wine undergoes 30 days of skin contact and is aged for eighteen months in new French oak.

As Cyril Camus often says, a great Cognac is born of a father, a grandfather and a great-grandfather who were able to pass on an ancient culture of the art of distillation and aging, whilst each adding our own personal touch. Family Legacy is the latest addition to the Camus family. The most remarkable feature of this Cognac is the way its creators methodically, patiently and subtly adhered to the ancestral rules of perfect blending, a legacy of five generations of accumulated expertise, recorded for posterity in notebooks since the 19th century. 8 consecutive blends are required to produce Family Legacy and thus attain the perfect degree of 40.8% vol.

The apricot is a fruit-bearing tree native from China, imported into Europe by the Romans. The fruit looks like a peach or nectarine, with a color ranging from yellow to orange and sometimes with a red cast. Juicy and soft apricot are high in natural sugars. Monin Apricot Brandy liqueur will bring a touch of Mediterranean flavour to all your favourite cocktails, especially when mixed with whiskey or rum.
