This “vin de pays” results from vines planted on the most beautifully managed soils close to the area of the Loire castle, Touraine. Aged in stainless steel, it display a beautiful freshness in mouth, a frank attack, delicate green and lemon flavours, citrus fruits, green apple and kiwi aromas. The minerality gives a long finish to the wine, a smoothness and elegance.
Very pleasant with or without food,in particular with seafood, asparagus, roasted fish and goat’s milk cheese. To be served at 10-11a°C.

The nose displays lifted top notes of honeyed apricot followed by some raisin, toffee and spice. Rich and luscious palate texture showing excellent concentration with mouth-filling flavours of honey, raisins, apricot and spice. Clean finish with a long aftertaste of honey, apricot and raisin.
Deep-red colour with purple undertones. Both subtle and of great aromatic richness, the nose reveals a very nice balance between the maturity and freshness of the fruit and superb notes of fresh fruit and spices. Very elegant, ample and silky on the palate, it opens up with a spicy attack with aromas of “garrigue” then reveals, as on the nose, a perfect balance between its beautiful tannic richness and its delicate roundness. The very long finish suggests great potential.

The 2016 Chateau Margaux is a blend of 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Merlot and 3% Cabernet Franc, plus 1% of Petit Verdot, representing 28% of the total production. Lucid in color, it has a detailed and precise bouquet with mineral-rich blackberry, raspberry coulis and limestone scents. It feels very perfumed, though not powerful like many Grand Vins in 2016. The palate is a different creature to the aromatics. Here is the intensity of the vintage with shimmering black fruit laced with spice, a killer line of acidity and an irresistible crescendo on the finish. Then, graphite lingering on the aftertaste, a nod to Pauillac perhaps. The aftertaste is so long you could probably write a letter to your friend enthusing about this wine before the aftertaste fades. Doubtless it is destined to be compared to the magnificent '15 Chateau Margaux and to be truthful, there’s a hair’s breadth between them. In a worDecanter: crystalline. Drink 2026-2070.

Lillet is a classic French Aperitif, crafted in the Bordeaux region since 1872. It is a blend of Bordeaux wine, macerated liqueurs (mostly citrus) and quinine which bring a delicious bitterness. Lillet Rose is made with Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon and shows light aromas of berries, orange blossom and grapefruit; Fresh, lively and fruity. Great served very chilled or in cocktails.

The A.S.W. is the first wine to acknowledge Amy Burch’s side of the family. Co-owner Amy has been deeply involved in Howard Park from the very early days. Coincidentally, Amy’s parents share the initials, A.S.W. Her father, Alex Stephen Wee, was a successful Singaporean business person; a self-made man who arrived in Singapore from East Malaysia in 1946 with 1 Singapore dollar. Amy’s mother, Annie Sheila Wee, had a cultural affinity with Red Wine due to her upbringing by French & Irish nuns as a boarder in Singapore. She still favours a glass of Shiraz to this day. The Wees came to Australia in the 1960s. Amy, is proud to commemorate her parents and the sum of all her family’s efforts in this special wine.
The A.S.W. is a stylistic departure for Howard Park, being a red blend of all Margaret River fruit, and the only wine with a significant use of American oak. Cabernet parcels are fermented in static fermenters fitted with heading down boards to maintain a submerged cap and gentle extract of flavour and tannins. The Shiraz parcels are fermented in 4t open fermenters with pneumatic pigeage and are retained on skins at the end of fermentation for several weeks. Matured separately in French oak for 18 months, before blending and then a further two months elevage in American oak after blending.
Intense blueberry, vanilla, chocolate, and dark cherry, supported by a hint of black olive and subtle cinnamon and anise seasoning. The palate is plush and brimming with powerful berry notes, intermingled with vanilla and coconut. Persistent flavours, fine ripe tannins, a lavish texture, and spice complexity have melded well to produce this opulent and luxuriant wine.
As Cyril Camus often says, a great Cognac is born of a father, a grandfather and a great-grandfather who were able to pass on an ancient culture of the art of distillation and aging, whilst each adding our own personal touch. Family Legacy is the latest addition to the Camus family. The most remarkable feature of this Cognac is the way its creators methodically, patiently and subtly adhered to the ancestral rules of perfect blending, a legacy of five generations of accumulated expertise, recorded for posterity in notebooks since the 19th century. 8 consecutive blends are required to produce Family Legacy and thus attain the perfect degree of 40.8% vol.
This amber Cognac with sparkling hints of gold captivates with its velvety, complex aromas of tangerine, violet and oak, which notes reminiscent of haute couture perfume. Rich and generous on the palate, the enticing hints of creme brulee expand to reveal a long, complex bouquet of dried fruit notes and a lingering, balanced finish.
Only 2,400 bottles were produced that year. Concentrated and elegant flavors of cherry, berry, plum and currant are well-integrated and supported by silky tannins. Rich mineral and underbrush accents linger on the refined finish. It’s clearly recognizable as Pinot Noir, and it has the subtleness, elegance and perfume of the best examples of the grape. There are notes of blood orange skin, exotic spices and a core of crunchy red fruit. The palate is medium-bodied, with the tannins of the granite yet with a flinty sensation. It’s both elegant and powerful, concentrated but soft.

2016 only brought 2,059 bottles of Mas de la Rosa. the wines was aged in French barrels for 16 months, Very fresh and sumptuous, very unlike most Priorats. Polished, very long and exceptionally fresh. Miguel Torres Maczassek is clearly very proud of this new, fresh style: ‘it’s all about fruit character’.

Beautiful, classic Pinot colour and a nose that reflects its ancestry: sweet black fruits like blackberries, rhubarb and cranberry, plus the classic forest floor, meaty and earthy, with floral notes of lavender and rose hip. On the palate it is soft but mouth- filling, with a minerality, bright acidity and well-integrated tannins that promise a long life; this wine will continue to develop for at least 10-15 years.

The wine has fresh, vibrant, lifted and pure aromas and flavors, with attractive cassis, pepper and licorice on the nose with a hint of nutty spice. The flavors explode with blackcurrant, plums and cinnamon layering over silky tannin and superb length. Bright, lifted and aromatic, with raspberry and chocolate mint characters. Full flavored and elegant, with dark fruit flavors of plum and blackberry, complemented by dark chocolate, licorice and white pepper spice.

Medium to full-bodied, the palate has jaw-dropping elegance and depth, offering up layer upon layer of fragrant red and black fruits plus an extraordinary array of mineral sparks, supported by a rock-solid grainy texture, finishing with epic persistence and an edifying perfume. This is a very different style from the rich, opulently hedonic 2015, yet this wonderfully fragrant, beautifully poised and intellectually compelling 2016 is equally extraordinary.

For the Riserva, the wine is aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 24 months. Brilliant purple wine with a floral nose dominated by violet and rosehip aromas. Blackcurrant fruity notes lead into marked spiced highlights of black pepper and nutmeg followed by underbrush and humus. The wine is fresh, complex and rich to the palate. The tannin structure is rich and dense as appropriate for the most authentic Sangiovese. The finish is persistent, harmonious and bequeaths pleasant memories of noble tobacco.

A wine of noble breeding and class, the 2017 Domaine de Chevalier Blanc dazzles from start to finish. This is really powerful and structured with superb muscle and phenolic tension. Yet, it’s formed and polished, layered and dense. Full-bodied, but energetic and focused. Vibrant acidity. Goes on for minutes. Citrus, stone, straw, salt and chalk. Incredible. Give bottles 3-5 years and enjoy over the following two decades.

This Single Vineyard wine is a blockbuster in the making. L’Argnée shows a beautiful colour of an intense and deep red with purple reflections. The nose offers a superb aromatic expression combining fruity notes of fresh blackberries and aromas of black truffle. The palate is complex, smooth and round, with particularly silky tannins and powerful aromas of cocoa and ripe black fruit, typical of Gigondas.

A superbly stylish cognac whose name refers to the old French saying, ‘Noblesse Oblige’. Martell Noblige is intended for those who prize the natural dignity of a great cognac. This Rosé is crafted from a classic Bordeaux blend (60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot) and reveals a very pale pink color, delicate and brilliant with bright reflections. Intense and radiant nose of red berries a little acidic where mixes some spicy and mineral aromas reminiscent of the great origin of gravelly soil. On the palate, roundness and suppleness enveloping the fruity, refreshing and spicy acidity of Cabernet Sauvignon. Its precision and sharpness accompany a long finish, complex and tart, reminiscent of the aromas of the nose. The whole is well balanced with a lot of lightness.
