This black tea was grown in the foothills of the Himalayas in Darjeeling, India. Harvested in the summer to develop its unique Darjeeling muscatel flavour, the tea has notes of mandarin, ginger, and wood spice and gentle, dry tannins.
Pairs well with grilled meats or lasagne.

Triple distilled then matured for over twelve years. our Lowland Single Malt Whisky has the tempting aroma of toasted almonds, caramelised toffee and the signature smooth, delicate, Auchentoshan taste. Creme brulee, a burst of citrus and the signature nuttiness and green leafiness of Auchentoshan. Smooth and sweet with hints of tangerine and lime. Gingery and slightly drying, with a pleasant lingering nuttiness.
In the first experiment of its kind, Malt Master Brian Kinsman collaborated with Seb Jones, an entrepreneurial Speyside brewer, to create a new craft IPA and pioneer the way for a new kind of single malt Scotch whisky. Brewed in bespoke craft IPA barrels, this single malt expression is imbued with unique zesty citrus notes of ripe green apple, William’s pear and spring blossom. Woodford Reserve isn’t manufactured, it’s crafted in small batches. This artisanal process allows us to craft using all five sources of bourbon flavor giving it its distinct taste and crisp, clean finish. Clean, brilliant honey amber. Heavy with rich dried fruit, hints of mint and oranges covered with a dusting of cocoa. Faint vanilla and tobacco spice. Rich, chewy, rounded and smooth, with complex citrus, cinnamon and cocoa. The 2009, which has an opaque ruby/purple color, an extraordinary nose of high-quality unsmoked cigar tobacco, graphite, blackcurrants and spice, hits the palate with a medium to full-bodied, saturated and rich mouthfeel, but an elegant and ethereal quality that is difficult to articulate. It is rich, complex and tastes as if it were the vinous equivalent of a remarkable haute couture creation from the late Coco Chanel. It is full-bodied yet elegant, powerful yet delicate, and remarkably velvety-textured, sumptuous and loaded with upside potential. It can be approached now, as most 2009s tend to be, given their richness of fruit, low acidity and extraordinary concentration, but the great complexity that will emerge from this fabulous terroir is at least a decade away, and this wine is set for 50 or more years of longevity.

Cachaca 51 is Brazil’s leading brand of Cachaca with over 240 million liters sold annually, and is the second largest selling spirit in the world. Cachaca is a cane neutral spirit from Brazil that is distilled directly from fermented sugar cane juice. Cachaca 51 is made from the finest varieties of cane crop harvested at the peak of sugar content from the heartland of the plantation area of Brazil.
Cachaca 51 has a pleasant and sweet aroma with notes of fresh apple and sugar cane juice; spicy, with a sweet and herbaceous finishing in flavor. Cachaca was first produced in the 1530’s, soon after Brazil was discovered. This exquisite spirit is distilled from the fresh juice of Brazilian grown sugar canes, and can be enjoyed as part of a variety of cocktails, including the Caipirinha, as well as straight.
Both Cachacas and Rums are made from sugar cane; the difference lies on the requirement that Cachacas can only be made using pure sugarcane juice, when Rums can be made with either sugarcane juice or molasses.
