Elegant aromas of ripe plum and red fruits framed by black Pepper spice notes. Unoaked to showcase the characterful Fruit, the full-bodied palate is balanced between firm Tannins and vibrant acidity leading to a long and intense Finish. Grilled red meats or tuna, pasta and rice dishes with Duck or pheasant sauces, sardinian pecorino cheese.

Very dark, intense ruby colour. An aroma of preserves (cherry, blackberry) and spices on a highly characteristic mineral base. On the palate it has great volume with an admirable balance between the wine’s fruity density and its spicy notes acquired through ageing in new oak (cedar, toast). During its prolonged, complex finish there’s also a hint of chocolate and tobacco. 

Castelgiocondo is produced from an uncompromising selection of the finest Sangiovese grapes, in a vineyard whose ideal elevation, well-drained soils, and southwest-facing exposure yield all of the qualities that converge to produce the finest expression of this ancient grape variety. CastelGiocondo’s unique location in Montalcino, with its varied exposure and terrain – galestro, clay and Pleocene sands – offers infinite nuances to this Brunello. A multi-faceted experience that evolves over time and entices us to discover, taste and remember, again and again.

The 2018 CastelGiocondo is an intense shade of ruby red. CastelGiocondo is always set  apart by its elegance, and in this vintage, this characteristic is more marked than ever. The  fruity notes, the first to hit our olfactory receptors, are dominated by blueberry and  blackberry, flanked by blackcurrant and other berries. They are followed by floral hints of  violet and dog rose, which are always found in the bouquet of the best Brunello di  Montalcino. Next on the nose are clear spicy notes of black pepper and cardamom, chased  by a pleasant aroma of liquorice. On the palate, the tannins are dense but not harsh,  accompanied by delicate mineral notes. The consistency between the nose and palate and  the long and persistent finish make it particularly balanced.

Premium White Wine is a Côtes de Provence with exotic and amazing aromas of pineapple, rhubarb, honey and cream. It shows a great depth and a lot of freshness during the tasting. A nice complexity is to be emphasised with smoked notes and grilled almonds. The Rolle varietal (also called Vermentino) bring a lot of structure and minerality to that amazing wine.

The wine has plenty of zip with lemon/lime skins, straw and floral hints in the nose. Vibrant yellow colour with restrained aromas of citrus, apple and flint. It is precise and layered with clean, driving acidity, elegance and finesse.  Great with smoked salmon, shellfish, grilled fish, vegetable dishes or goats' cheese.

Scented with jasmine blossoms, this green tea from Fuding, in Fujian province, China, has a delicate floral aroma and notes of apple sherbet, lychee, and vanilla, making it a refreshing aperitif.

An excellent balance of sweetness and acidity, highly recommended as an aperitif, with spicy Asian cuisine and after dinner.​ Classic semi-sweet German Riesling, with green apples and citrus, pineapple and melon, juicy, enticing, lasting taste and low alcohol.

The Vintage 2022 : After a winter characterized by marked variations in temperature between January and February, spring started with mild temperatures. A sequence of cold weather in April was followed by warm temperatures in May but the lack of water was very noticeable and could not be compensated by the rainy storms of June. Summer was marked by several and long heat waves and the storms of the end of August were most welcome. The harvest at Chanson started on August 30 with a team of 100 persons and ended on 13th September. 2022 vintage was quite generous both in volume and quality and the white wines are well-balanced, precise and refreshing.

Tasting : Pale gold colour. Delicate and refreshing fragrances of white flowers. Lively, brisk and precise. Well integrated acidity. Refreshing aftertaste.

Food pairing : Pâté, fish, charcuterie, and many goat cheeses.

This is the great wine of the Castello Nipozzano, from the vineyard Mormoreto planted in 1976. The first vintage was from the 1983 harvest, and since then has been produced only in the most favourable years. It was not produced from the harvests of 1984, 1987, 1989, 1992, 1998 or 2002. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot have, over time, formed an intimate bond with this terroir and now bring out all of its unique qualities. It is a wine of great depth, opulent and refined, that you can cellar for many years.

A deep ruby announces Mormoreto, almost opaque in its concentration. The nose is ultra-complex, delivering inebriating draughts of wild blackberry, raspberry, redcurrant, dried plum, dates, and wild red berry fruit, delicately lifted by floral impressions of sweetbriar and violets. Gradually emerging to deepen the rich bouquet even further are spicier nuances of vanilla, cocoa powder, tobacco leaf, and roast espresso bean, which act as a delicious foil to pungent notes of balsam and chlorophyll. A crisp, nervy acidity complements a suite of silky tannins, and both contribute to a palate that is notable for its warmth and roundedness. A finely-balanced, leisurely progression culminates in a lengthy, subtly-aromatic finish.

Beware the siren with the ruby-red lips. In a smoky room, here she strides – confident, cool, arresting. Slender, stalky cherry and a smear of blackcurrant bite, spiked with crushed peppercorns. No sunny smiles here, this is deadly serious. Leaner, finer and taut, it marks a big stride ahead from previous vintages. This vision of cool-climate Shiraz marks a new age of measured sophistication. Full-bodied with wonderfully structured tannins, seemingly unstoppable acidity and a long, chewy finish, which remains taut and mineral.

Beautiful deep purple colour. The very expressive nose reveals aromas of blackberries and pepper. The warm, opulent and full-bodied mouth is well balanced and structured, with notes of jammy fruit, redcurrant jelly and black olives. This wine offers great length on the palate.

Crafted from organically-grown grapes

Oak-aged for 24 months, this shows a clear ruby red color.  On the nose, the attack is fruity and floral at the same time with hints reminiscent of blackcurrants, blueberries and raspberries; floral notes reminiscent of violets and dog roses follow. This is followed by spicy notes reminiscent of black pepper, cloves and star anise. Delicate tertiary notes and freshness given by balsamic and citrus scents are also interesting. The palate reveals a nice acid-alcoholic component and the tannic texture is well present, dense and silky.
