Pale straw in colour with a lively green tinge. The nose displays freshly crushed grapes, with lemon scents and a hint of musk. The palate is lively and fresh as one would expect from a frizzante style wine. The palate tastes of freshly crushed grapes with just a squeeze of lemon & ginger on the finish. The fruit was picked and pressed cold, in new state of the art bag presses. Juice was left to settle naturally and then racked clean. The wine was fermented cold to retain fresh fruit characters. Fermentation was stopped once a balance was reached between alcohol, sweetness, acidity and bubbles.
Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2017 Pape Clement is composed of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon and 45% Merlot, is outrageously beautiful. Rich, deep and luscious on the palate, it possesses tremendous energy and richness from start to finish. Sweet red cherry, red plum, blood orange, spice and herb notes abound in an unctuous, racy wine of the highest level. The 2017 is deep, explosive, and wonderfully persistent.

A limited-edition single malt from Highland Park, Triskelion is a combination of casks that were hand-selected by three legendary Highland Park whisky-makers – Gordon Motion, Max McFarlane and John Ramsay – and combined three principal cask types to explore the influence of wood and cask seasoning on the flavour and character of this whisky.
First-fill sherry seasoned Spanish oak butts, first-fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and first-fill bourbon barrels and hogsheads were combined and a small number of refill casks added to provide a degree of softness to the whisky’s final flavour.
The result is a complex and full-bodied expression of Highland Park – a vibrant union of rich fruit, creamy sweetness and aromatic spice, as full of character as its three makers. Full-bodied and complex whisky with notes of Seville orange, raisins, sultanas, apricots, heather honey and aromatic peat smoke throughout the palate.

Our Lore whisky is a blend of single malt Scotch whiskies that have been maturing in our warehouse, set a stone’s throw from the Atlantic shore. Laphroaig ‘Select’ is a carefully chosen blend of five specially selected casks of our Islay Scotch, brought together in one special bottle. The combination includes four historic styles, perfected over two centuries by our passionate master distillers.
Complex and deep, this Scotch whisky gently marries the spicy aromas of oak with the classic smoky taste of Laphroaig. Fruity, fresh and medicinal notes add to the flavor profile which is enhanced by the different types of cask aging. Best served alone or simply poured over ice, it’s an excellent introduction to peated whisky.
To make Laphroaig Select, our master distiller chooses spirit from five different casks. Casks tapped into for Laphroaig Select include Pedro ximenez-cured hogsheads, Triple Wood Oloroso sherry butts and first-fill bourbon quarter casks. It’s finished with our quintessential 10 year old Laphroaig and a new addition – single malt matured in new American oak. The latter is rarely used in Scotch whisky, and adds a unique twist to this expertly selected blend.
The 12 year-old expression is a fine example of how the distinctively crisp, citrus character of Aberlour’s raw spirit is deftly softened by double cask maturation. Traditional oak and seasoned Sherry butts are both used to great effect, as the mellowed spirits within are combined to deliver a subtly balanced flavour. Soft and rounded, with fruity notes of red apple. A fine sherried character, balanced with rich chocolate, toffee, cinnamon and ginger spiciness. Warming and lingering, sweet and slightly spicy.

Pastis de Marseille is the original and big seller created by Paul Ricard in 1932. Ricard has since been an integrated part of the French drinking culture. As the fourth largest brand in the world, Ricard is one of the few non-white spirits in the top 10 list of most sold products. Pastis is an herb and spice spirit with star anise from Southeast Asia and licorice root from the Middle East. Ricard can be served as an aperitif before meals, well chilled and blended with five parts water.
A vibrant and varietally true Cabernet Sauvignon showing aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, cedar, dried herbs, and subtle graphite. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, with finely knit tannins and a fresh line of acidity that reflects its Maipo Valley origin. Flavours of ripe cassis, plum, tobacco leaf, and a touch of cocoa unfold with good precision and balance. The finish is long, elegant, and classically structured, showcasing purity of fruit over heavy oak, with a savoury, slightly mineral edge that enhances its drinkability and ageing potential.

The colour is deep suggesting a big dense style but the wine is surprisingly light on its feet. Sweet, pure and vibrant blackcurrant fruits are tempered by dried herbs with some sweeter blackberry underneath. Oak is there too but sits in the background. This then leads to a bold and explosive palate full of power and energy – fruit pastille flavours are supported by fine acidity that is all underpinned by significant but well handled tannins. It is soooooo long too with the fruit concentration holding that flavour for minutes. A delicious wine stacked full of personality that is hard to put down.

Offering a stunning bouquet of ripe cherry and strawberry fruits, it has classic Burgundian spice and dried flower aromatics, medium-bodied richness, moderate tannins, and a rounded, supple texture that offers nicely integrated acidity. It picks up more sappy, floral notes with time in the glass and is just an ethereal, elegant, complex Coteaux Champenois that will benefit from a year or two of bottle age and keep for a decade.

For more than a quarter of a century, this Pinot Noir has been produced from fruit grown in the ultra-cool Piccadilly Valley, within the Adelaide Hills. The approach to vinification has been strictly traditional and unwavering from year to year: hand harvested, foot plunged day and night in shallow open fermenters and matured in French oak (60% new) for ten months.
There is restraint on the nose, with black cherry, dark plum and mulberry fragrances that are bright and fresh. It is light to medium-bodied yet with wonderful intensity, depth and concentration of pure red berry flavours; and fleshy, silky smooth texture that gives it a pleasing approachability. It finishes with ripe, supple tannins and vibrant cleansing acidity. Persistent and fine.

Fresh, vibrant entrance, due to its natural acidity and the minerality provided by the Altamira terroir. In the mouth it is juicy, of good structure and volume with a long, tense and vibrant end. A lovely earthy character with an inner electricity shining all the way through.

It’s true, bringing an extraordinary and exceptionally balanced 25 Year Old whisky to life isn’t easy. But then again, nothing worthwhile ever is. All those years of ageing in a combination of first-fill sherry seasoned European and American oak casks, and bourbon casks, in our temperate Orkney climate, has resulted in a whisky with immense depth and vibrant sweetness. This full-bodied single malt has a rich and nutty spiciness, balanced out with sweet dried fruits, toffee and fudge. It’s been named ‘Best spirit in the world’ by famed whisky writer Paul Pacult in the Spirit Journal. We’re proud of every bottle of whisky we put our name on. But we have to admit this one, with an ABV of 45.7%, is quite special indeed.
The remarkable complexity of our 25 y/o single malt whisky owes a great deal to its maturation in a high proportion of the finest quality first-fill Sherry seasoned European oak casks. The casks impart an astonishing flavour to the whisky as it matures – at once dark and full bodied with a rich and nutty spiciness, yet brimming with sweet dried fruits, cinder toffee and soft fudge. 25 years encased in oak has not only created a whisky with impressive depths, but time has delivered a vibrant sweetness too. Renowned whisky writer F. Paul Pacult named it Best Spirit in the World in the 2013 Spirit Journal – an accolade of which we are particularly (but typically quietly) proud.
