Rocas is a blend of 38% Malbec, 25% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Grenache, 8% Petit Verdot, aged for 22 months, in French oak barrels (65% new). The 2020 vintage of Rocas de Seña has a beautiful purple colour. Subtle aromas of coffee and Asian spices with a touch of mocha from the oak create a very deep and complex nose. The palate is vibrant and tense with good density and shows multiple layers of fresh fruits, spices, and balsamic notes with a hint of smoke. It displays great freshness and a smooth texture with a long and juicy finish. This is a very elegant and splendidly youthful wine.

This Single Vineyard wine is a blockbuster in the making. L’Argnée shows a beautiful colour of an intense and deep red with purple reflections. The nose offers a superb aromatic expression combining fruity notes of fresh blackberries and aromas of black truffle. The palate is complex, smooth and round, with particularly silky tannins and powerful aromas of cocoa and ripe black fruit, typical of Gigondas.

Macallan 18 Sherry casks is one the most sought-after whisky for collectors; Outstanding, complex Single Malt, matured at The Macallan distillery for a minimum of 18 years in selected Sherry oak casks from Spain. All that oak has been totally absorbed by the gourmandise cassis and blackberry coulis fruit which is still in its first flush of youth. Then come layers of dark chocolate and liquorice stick, as the sumptuous tannins glide across the palate amply supported by a fine spine of balancing acidity. The entire ensemble is one of plush sophisticated pleasure. And while the wine is gorgeous now, it will easily age and improve for another two decades or more.

Founded in 1824 in the heart of Speyside, The Macallan is a staple of Scotch whisky across the world. Crisp and sweet, there are notes of sultanas and fresh apple blossom. There is a defined floral note with a beautiful Sherry, calvados emerges with a tropical fruit note and golden syrup. The palate is medium-body and quite firm, with notes of hot pastries and marmalade, sultanas and peels with a developing sweetness from the barley sugar.
Floralis has an unmistakable aromatic perspective that is highly characteristic of its variety, with seductive floral perfumes (rose, geranium, lemon). On the mouth it is voluptuous, concentrated yet delicate with a soft sensuality.

The fourth release in the Harmony Collection has been created in collaboration with Cirque du Soleil to tell The Macallan’s oak story in an imaginative, visual and innovative way. Two brands dedicated to constant innovation, this collaboration is inspired by a shared respect for creativity and reverence for the natural world. For this release that celebrates The Macallan’s 200 Year Anniversary, they focus on their own area of expertise and mastery which is represented by oak.
The whisky is matured in a combination of first fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and refill sherry casks. These have been carefully selected to deliver the classic American oak flavours of vanilla, citrus and sweet oak, naturally derived from the cask during maturation, with a medium, sweet finish that delicately lingers.
Tasting Notes:
Nose - Intense vanilla bean accompanied by sweet sherbet and lime zest gives way to fragrant pears nestled in delicate vanilla sponge cake.
Palate - Creamy vanilla panna cotta, buttery shortbread, lightly toasted coconut with almond brittle, apple and sweet oak.

It’s difficult – almost impossible – not to fall head over heels in love with this rare, multi-award-winning wine. The blend is 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot and 3% Cabernet Franc. Only about 2,000 bottles are made from the vineyard in Medlona, Alt Penedes each year. What is so special about the vineyard is the atypical slate soil, which pushes and enhances the ripeness and concentration of the fruit. The wine undergoes 30 days of skin contact and is aged for eighteen months in new French oak.

Deep garnet colored, this Spanish reared Bordeaux blend offers pronounced notes of crushed black berries, black plums and blueberries with an undercurrent of baking spices, vanilla and tobacco. Medium to full bodied, the palate is still very youthful with a good concentration of taut fruit supported by medium to high acidity and firm chewy tannins, finishing long.
