Dalmore 15 year old single malt whisky spends twelve years maturing in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, then a three year finish in three different sherry woods – Amoroso, Apostoles and Matusalem oloroso. A robust, yet elegant spirit, it has a terrific chocolate orange nose with somewinter spices and a hint of sherry. The suite of casks selected by Head Distiller Adam Hannett for each batch of The Classic Laddie has been filled with spirit we have distilled from 100% Scottish-grown barley, unpeated (so without the classic ‘smoky’ Islay element). We could never deny that there is a romantic element in our determination to source our core ingredient from Scotland, after all, there is no requirement to make it so. But this is not simply sentiment, the unique combination of an ideal climate, high latitude and the soil types found in Scotland makes the Scottish barley crop perfect for creating the optimum flavour profile during distillation.
Individually selected casks are carefully blended to showcase the classic, floral and elegant Bruichladdich house style. Trickle distilled, then matured for its entire life by the shores of Loch Indaal in premium American oak, it is a testament to the quality of our ingredients.
Smooth as pebbles in a pool. It’s clean, fresh and lively with both the oak and the grain in perfect harmony. The bouquet is brilliant. Opening with barley sugar and a hint of mint before leading into the most wonderful notes of freshly cut wild flowers; buttercup, daisy, meadowsweet, myrtle, primrose and cherry blossom. The cleanliness of the spirit is remarkable. As the seconds tick by, more aromas rise from the glass, little zephyrs of spindrift and sea pinks reminding you that this spirit is matured exclusively by the sea. After some four or five minutes and with the addition of a little water, caramelised fruits drift onto the scene; lemon drops and honey, tangerine and tablet.

This Islay whisky celebrates the life and times of Bessie Williamson. The first woman to own and run a Scotch whisky distillery in the 20th Century, she more than held her own in a male dominated industry. Warm, rich and with unmistakable Islay character, this expression embodies everything we know and love about Laphroaig and its first female distillery manager.
The focus of this expression is on the natural character of this exceptional Islay single malt. It’s aged in refill barrels and American oak hogsheads, which impart less of their own flavor. They simply allow the whisky to gently mellow over time. This allows the natural features of Islay – such as the peat that the malted barley is toasted over and the crisp waters of the Kilbride stream – show their effects. As a result, this rounded single malt speaks of the true nature of Laphroaig.

The Tenuta di Castiglioni, the Frescobaldi family’s oldest estate, brought forth, in 1999, Giramonte, a rare and exclusive Cru, based on Merlot blended the the local Sangioveses. The qualities of its soil, an ideal microclimate, and rigorous selection of the fruit ensure, year after year, extraordinary consistency of quality.
The result is a wine of great richness and intensity, silk-smooth, and with an almost endless progression and finish. Giramonte is a lovely red with purple highlights, intense and impenetrable. The nose is fruity with blueberry, cherry and spicy notes of anise and black pepper. Hints of forest undergrowth: mushrooms and truffe accompanied by cocoa beans and coconut. Pronounced notes of coffee and fresh notes of sweet mint. The palate is very warm. Smooth, intense, with lovely and elegant tannins blended into the body. Powerful and persistent , the retro-olfaction is characterized by nuances of ripe fruit.

Once the favored fruit of Chinese emperors, the peach has come a long way to become a staple in many beverages and food. MONIN Peach syrup promises to bring the rich flavour of its history and authentic juicy flavour to every tea, cocktail and mocktail.
The 15 Year Old gets its distinctive rich and exotic character from a process of selective maturation in which a proportion of the spirit is matured in French oak casks. In fact, we at The Glenlivet were one of the first to use French oak for making whisky, a technique that has since been imitated the world over. The Limousin oak we use is cut in France’s Dordogne region, where its often used to mature cognacs. Its low density allows whisky to sink deep into the wood, and we carefully control how long the whisky matures in the casks so as not to overpower the desired result: a unique, pleasing spiciness.
The G.A.M. Shiraz comes from the Chinese Block vineyard which is located in the Willunga district at the southern end of McLaren Vale. Aged for 18 months, this is a powerful and extremely focused wine with great depth of fruit character that is well framed by fine grain tannin, and drawn together to a long finish by naturally balanced acidity. G.A.M. represents the first initial of each of the Mitolo children’s first names – Gemma, Alex and Marco.

An ancient Chinese fruit, Lychee is the fruit of a tropical and sub-tropical tree native to China, Taiwan and Southeast Asia. The rough pink red rind is peeled to reveal a creamy white pulp, similar in texture to grapes, with a floral perfume and a fragrant, sweet flavour. Records of lychee consumption in China go back to 2000 BC and it was certainly a delicacy of the Chinese Imperial Court, where fresh lychee was couriered in on fast horses. Today they are widely available fresh and tinned, and are cultivated in many tropical climates around the world.
Fresh lychees are available from November to January and add an Asian flavour to fish dishes and an Oriental twist to desserts such as coconut rice pudding with lychees. Add the delicate perfumed taste of the Orient to your cocktails, lemonades, teas and smoothies with Monin Lychee syrup.
In this 2023 vintage, Pascal Jolivet's Terres Blanches cuvée is a plot-based cuvée produced on 100% clay-limestone soils, a great Pouilly Fumé, Loire white wine, 100% Sauvignon.
The colour is a luminous light yellow

The palate is full-bodied, complex, mineral with hints of citrus and white fruit.

The Balvenie DoubleWood 12 year old single malt whisky gains its distinctive character from being matured in two wood types. To make The Balvenie DoubleWood, David Stewart MBE takes whisky that has spent at least 12 years in traditional whisky casks, American Oak ex-Bourbon barrels and hogsheads, and moves it to Spanish oak ex-Oloroso sherry casks for an additional nine months. Each stage lends different qualities to the resulting single malt whisky.
The traditional casks soften and add delicate character, the sherry wood brings depth and fullness of flavour and the final few months in our tuns allow the whiskies to marry harmoniously. Sweet fruit and Oloroso sherry notes, layered with honey and vanilla. Smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavours, nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry.
The No. 1 Weissbier in Germany and one of the world’s favourites. Naturally cloudy and shining silky-gold in the glass under a really strong head of foam. At the first mouthful this weissbier classic has a mild aroma of banana. Finer palates detect a trace of mango and pineapple and the balance between sweet and bitter. Beer connoisseurs appreciate the fine note of yeast and the mild but sparkling mix of aromas. It is a typical beer garden beer, which brings people together all over the world.

A concentrated, bright ruby red color acts as a prelude to the bouquet of violets and red and black berry fruits, which mingle attractively with spicy and balsamic aromas. On the palate, it is powerful and vigorous, dynamic and elegant. Because of its concentration and depth, this is a wine with a natural disposition for pairing with food, especially with richly flavored soups, pasta dishes with game sauces, and meat recipes that are slow-cooked or include spices and herbs. Excellent with more mature cheeses.

Pronounced ‘Oog-a-dal’, it’s a special vatting that marries Ardbeg’s traditional deep, smoky notes with luscious, raisiny tones of old ex-Sherry casks. Ardbeg Uigeadail was voted by the 120,000+ strong Ardbeg Committee as their favourite Ardbeg.
Rich and weighty with heady and smoky aromatics. At full strength, the initial aroma is a beguiling mix of warm Christmas cake, walnut oil and parma violets fused with fresh ocean spice, cedar and pine needles falling from the Christmas tree. A smouldering coal fire and the scent of well-oiled leather brings warmth. The sweetness of treacle toffees and chocolate-coated raisins emerge through the smoke. With water, the deep smokiness increases in intensity, reminiscent of a fired Christmas pudding.
Rich flowering currants and warm baked banana and walnut bread are served with simmering mocha espresso. Full flavoured and rich with a deep mouth-coating texture, the taste is an intriguing balance between sweet, spicy and deep smoky flavours. The flavour is initially sweet. A burst of winter spices sets off a smoky-spicy explosion countered by a sumptuous mid-palate of honey glazed smoked food and chewy treacle. Waves of deep smoky tones and rich aromas build up on the palate like a fine Montecristo cigar.

The Macallan Double Cask 30 Years Old, aged for thirty years in a harmonious union of American and European oak sherry seasoned casks, to create a unique taste and character. Double Cask 30 Years Old is a charming combination of cinder toffee, honeycomb, vanilla and red apples – and I wanted to depict the vibrant colours and varying textures of these luscious flavours in the image, reminiscent of the great Flemish still life paintings from the 17th century.
Acclaimed photographer and artist Erik Madigan Heck was inspired by nature and the landscape of The Macallan Estate when capturing the complex flavour of The Macallan Double Cask 30 Years Old.
The whisky itself is a rich and luxurious medley of flavour, and Erik Madigan Heck used natural light to capture this depth of character in his still life. The reflective surface enhances the idea of flavours blending– almost as if seamlessly merging together as one – with the soft focus echoing the long-lasting taste experience.
The whisky’s golden acorn natural colour is the focal point of the shot. Its rich tone and translucent glow has influenced the colour palette of the piece as a whole, with the soft caramels and browns and pops of red and green once more showcasing the depth of its flavour profile.
