Camus ‘Borderies’ is a Single-Estate Cognac produced exclusively from Camus’ own magnificent vineyards in the very heart of the prestigious Borderies Appellation, the oldest and smallest cru in Cognacs, representing less than 5% of the total AOC. With its 188 hectares (464 acres), Camus owns the largest extension of vineyards belonging to one single producer within the Cru. Thanks to their unique clay-limestone soil rich in flints, the parcels in the Borderies Cru give origin to a very distinctive Single Estate VSOP, with deep floral notes.

Powerful, rich and creamy with a particularly velvety texture, it reveals intense sweet pastry aromas alongside notes of cinnamon, dried fruit, old port and violet. Bols Cacao Brown is a dark liqueur packed with the rich flavour of bitter, dark chocolate and hints of orange and vanilla. Because the cacao (chocolate) flavour comes from the percolation of cacao beans, Bols Creme de Cacao Brown tastes more like dark chocolate than the distilled-not-percolated Bols Creme de Cacao White, which tastes more like milk chocolate. Creme de Cacao liqueur has been around for a very long time, and Bols has always been the predominant brand, featuring in both the original Alexander and the wildly popular variant, the Brandy Alexander. In the 80s, Bols Creme de Cacao was used principally in creamy and ice cream drinks, but lately it has proved supremely adaptable to various after-dinner cocktails like the Mulata Daiquiri and After Eight cocktail.

The complex and harmonious combination of aromas of this elegant, noble wine elevate it to truly world-class status. Beautiful golden yellow in colour. Very intense, complex aroma with notes of fruit (citrus and peach compote) over a very fine background of vanilla. Oily and very big on the palate with superb acidity, pleasantly expressing the fruity notes of the aroma.

Beware the siren with the ruby-red lips. In a smoky room, here she strides – confident, cool, arresting. Slender, stalky cherry and a smear of blackcurrant bite, spiked with crushed peppercorns. No sunny smiles here, this is deadly serious. Leaner, finer and taut, it marks a big stride ahead from previous vintages. This vision of cool-climate Shiraz marks a new age of measured sophistication. Full-bodied with wonderfully structured tannins, seemingly unstoppable acidity and a long, chewy finish, which remains taut and mineral.

This fairly uncommon Gin comes from the Black Forest in Germany, Monkey 47 contains a fairly unusual ingredient: Cranberries! The 47 comes from the number of botanicals that go into this unique gin, and the fact it’s bottled at a healthy 47%. Predictably complex, this is a robust and powerful gin with plenty of spice, fruit and herb flavours. It’s very well structured, and difficult to unpick but a citrus fresh start segues into pine and wood notes for a drying finish.

Bacardi Añejo Cuatro is a premium rum aged for a minimum of four years in American oak barrels. It offers a rich, smooth profile with notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak. This rum is ideal for sipping neat or mixing into cocktails, providing a refined, flavorful experience.

Our flagship Bumbu Rum is based on the original recipe created by 16th and 17th century sailors of the West Indies, who blended native Caribbean ingredients into their rum and called it “Bumbu” – truly the original craft spirit. Bumbu is distilled and bottled at a 123-year old distillery in Barbados from first class sugarcane selected from eight countries across the West Indies.

Nearly a century ago at the Yamazaki Distillery, Suntory developed the first Japanese Whisky. Applying the Suntory Art of Blending philosophy, they continue pioneering their craft. The skill and spirit instrumental in blending notable whiskies such as Hibiki originate from heritage and innovation as successive blenders refine their predecessors’ skills.

Wonderfully ripe Pinot Noir that sits somewhere between the Burgundian and New World styles. Classic Pinot fruit flavours of cherry and raspberry dominate the palate with the oak just bring a hint of earthiness. Ruby red colour, beautiful play of colours, cherry and raspberry like flavours and aromas. A hint of oak from the barrique barrel ageing, well balanced, soft acidity and ripe finish. Lovely served as an aperitif, or alternatively serve with dark meats as a main course or pair with cheese.

For the Riserva, the wine is aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 24 months. Brilliant purple wine with a floral nose dominated by violet and rosehip aromas. Blackcurrant fruity notes lead into marked spiced highlights of black pepper and nutmeg followed by underbrush and humus. The wine is fresh, complex and rich to the palate. The tannin structure is rich and dense as appropriate for the most authentic Sangiovese. The finish is persistent, harmonious and bequeaths pleasant memories of noble tobacco.

Jaime I is deep, rich and dark amber in colour. It displays a concentrated complex bouquet, with marked overtones of coconut, dried fruits and spices, typical of lengthy ageing. Round and lush, it has the smoothness that characterises great brandies. Jaime I is complex, majestic, with a lingering finish that leaves a velvety imprint on the palate.

Recent Awards:

The 2016 Clos Fourtet is a blend of 90% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Cabernet Franc aged in 60% new oak. It has a generous, well defined licorice-tinged fruit that is very focused. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, blackberry and boysenberry fruit with that salted licorice theme continuing. This Clos Fourtet has impressive concentration, yet there is real elegance and persistence, fanning out wonderfully towards the finish. Mathieu Cuvelier has overseen another outstanding Clos Fourtet. Tasted twice, with a second bottle demonstrating a tad more backbone but equally admirable.

Exemplifying our family’s tradition of innovation, the 15 Year Old expression is created using a technique pioneered by the Malt Master and its warm, spicy flavours are transformed with the alchemy of the Solera Vat. Aged in European oak sherry casks and new oak casks, the whisky is mellowed in our unique Solera Vat, a large oak tun inspired by the sherry bodegas of Spain and Portugal. Never emptied, and kept half full of whiskies since 1998, their Solera Vat is the culmination of curious minds and the pioneering spirit of our family. It’s also the secret behind this whisky becoming the first 15 year old expression to enter the top ten best selling single malts.
