Camus ‘XO Elegance’ demands years of patience and meticulous work. The first step involves rigorous selection of the eaux-de-vie, ensuring that they completement one another to reveal the full potential of these famous Cognac crus – such as the precious Borderies that round off this blend with their trademark finesse and superb ageing potential. Next comes a lengthy maturing process, in damp cellars with each cru beginning to express its unique harmony and personality. Camus ‘XO Elegance’ is a perfect blend of fresh primary aromas straight from the vine, backed with the maturity which comes from a truly accomplished ageing process.
The flower-scented bouquet enriched by dried fruit and crunchy almonds already provide a harmony of the senses. This full and stimulating fragrance of the Camus XO Elegance Cognac also continues in the mouth. Here hazelnuts can be clearly discovered which emulate with a gentle hint of vanilla beans. Like a coat, the aroma of ripe plum lies down on the tongue and gives a rich and round body to the tasters.
The finish is smooth, long-lasting and spicy. The sweet facets of vanilla beans and plums linger. The almonds come more to the fore, accompanied by slightly peppery sounds and a touch of oak. This Camus XO in addition boasts a soothing resonance which remains very positive in memory for a long while.

Created by Maurice Hennessy in 1870 for his circle of friends, X.O was born at a turning point in history and introduced a new style of cognac: bold, rich and complex. The 100 eaux-de-vie assembled to create X.O were aged for a long time – some for 30 years – to give an unparalleled robustness. Maurice Hennessy gave the name X.O to this unique ‘extra old’ cognac.
Its intense and deep amber color is a sign of its strength. Its flavors of candied fruit and its subtle and lightly spicy nose create a complete harmony: a mark of its roundness. To taste, a smooth, full sensation gives a simultaneously powerful and soft tonality with a hint of cocoa and a warm fruity presence. The long finish expresses all the complexity of the cognac’s blending and its long aging process.
The wine undergoes extended ageing with approximately 30 months in oak
barrels, followed by several years of bottle maturation before release. This
long ageing softens the tannins and integrates the oak beautifully, resulting in
a silky texture, savoury depth, and remarkable harmony that makes it ideal for
ageing and fine dining.

For the Riserva, the wine is aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 24 months. Brilliant purple wine with a floral nose dominated by violet and rosehip aromas. Blackcurrant fruity notes lead into marked spiced highlights of black pepper and nutmeg followed by underbrush and humus. The wine is fresh, complex and rich to the palate. The tannin structure is rich and dense as appropriate for the most authentic Sangiovese. The finish is persistent, harmonious and bequeaths pleasant memories of noble tobacco.

Camus Borderies VSOP is a Single-Estate Cognac produced exclusively from Camus’ own magnificent vineyards in the very heart of the prestigious Borderies Appellation.
Borderies is the oldest and smallest cru in the appellation, representing less than 5% of the cognac AOC. With its 188 hectares (464 acres), Camus owns the largest extension of vineyards belonging to one single producer within the Cru. Thanks to their unique clay-limestone soil rich in flints, our parcels in the Borderies Cru give origin to a very distinctive Single Estate VSOP, with deep floral notes.
Beautiful, consistent orange color with flashes of rich amber. The nose reveals enticing notes of vanilla pods and orange zest, on a bed of soft spice and floral aromas. Ample and unctuous, with a robust yet elegant structure and a light hint of woodiness. Beautiful, long finish, well-balanced and wonderfully fresh.
Magnificent shiny red colour with carmine undertones. Powerful and complex, the nose reveals a superb aromatic bouquet with aromas of very ripe red fruit, combined with notes of chocolate, tobacco and undergrowth. Generous and silky, the palate opens with a soft and round attack before revealing its elegant tannic structure, perfectly well balanced and very harmonious. A refined wine with remarkable harmony, a sign of great maturity in this particularly hot and dry vintage.

This is a beautiful rose with pale fruit, fresh and balanced. The fruit is crunchy on the nose (clementine). Intense freshness and great aromatic elegance in this blend – a wine of gluttony and pleasure. At the same time mineral, lively, complex, and elegant.

It is an attractive amber in appearance, with plenty of orangey highlights: its very color and viscosity seem to give an indication of its richness. On the nose, a whole series of positive and powerful sensations invite us to taste it: alcohol, oak, honey and a fresh, acidulous vein, hint at its austere strength. On the palate, we find the same precise and assertive sensations we observed on the nose.
Crafted from organically-grown grapes
Rich aromas of dark plum, blackberry, and mocha are layered with notes of black pepper and smoky char, a nod to the “woodfired” character. The palate is full-bodied and generous, with plush dark fruit, hints of vanilla, and velvety tannins leading to a long, satisfying finish.
This superbly elegant and stylish blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco comes from one of Tuscany’s greatest white-wine growing areas, grown in vineyards at elevations as high as 700 metres.
To the nose it is intensely flowery with frangipani and jasmine aromas mixed with the fruity notes of apricot and quince. In the glass, the wine also releases exotic scents of tropical fruit and fresh cardamom. When tasted, Pomino Bianco is flavourful and lively, with a balanced structure and persistent finish with a slight aftertaste of ripe raspberries.

Pale straw with a green tinge. Fresh, aromatic with fresh pear, stone fruit and balanced with a subtle, hint of oak. Tight and bright early picked peach and melon notes carried on a weighty palate, culminating in a fresh & crisp finish with the most interesting of oak nuances. The XO with the best balance between fruity notes and wood components in the category. Uniquely distilled with the ‘intensity method’, selecting the most aromatic litres among the heads during the second distillation, our XO is an explosion of lavish fruity notes mingled with spices.
Camus XO is the result of a careful selection of our best eaux-de-vie maturing for at least 10 years in small oak casks. The use of lightly toasted fine grain woods allows to preserve a perfect balance between highly aromatic compounds and subtle tannins. Each blend contains distillates from Borderies cru, enhancing the floral profile of this intensely aromatic cognac.
This XO Cognac shows an intense gold colour with dense mahogany highlights. On the nose, it reveals pastry aromas, with notes of apricot, orange and white flowers finely followed by hints of cinnamon. Lavish notes of butter and candied fruit mingle on the palate, anticipating a long finish rich in spices.
Macallan ’25 Years Old’ is an iconic whisky which received 100Pts from the Beverage Testing Institute in Chicago in the past and numerous gold medals. The Macallan Sherry Oak 25 years old forms part of our Sherry Oak range which features a series of single malt whiskies matured in hand-picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez for richness and complexity. This special single malt delivers an intensely rich and full flavour character, citrus, dried fruits and wood smoke. The is an extremely rare whisky, available very sporadically.
This distinguished single malt is matured for twenty-five years in Oloroso sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain. Laying undisturbed in the same casks for a quarter of a century, the maturing spirit transforms to create this luxurious single malt whisky characterised by its rich flavours of vanilla, dried fruits and ginger spice with a long finish and rich mahogany colour.
The 2017 Chateau Pape Clement Blanc showed spectacularly well and is one of the wines (if not the wine) of the vintage. Based on 55% Sauvignon and 45% Semillon aged 14 months in barrel, it offers powerful notes of honeyed melon, tart pineapple, green figs, and floral notes as well as a terrific sense of minerality. Concentrated, medium to full-bodied, with rocking levels of acidity, give it 2-4 years and enjoy over the following 15 years or more.

Subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity ; bubbles like velvet ; pear, brioche and spicy aromas, notes of fresh walnut.

Beware the siren with the ruby-red lips. In a smoky room, here she strides – confident, cool, arresting. Slender, stalky cherry and a smear of blackcurrant bite, spiked with crushed peppercorns. No sunny smiles here, this is deadly serious. Leaner, finer and taut, it marks a big stride ahead from previous vintages. This vision of cool-climate Shiraz marks a new age of measured sophistication. Full-bodied with wonderfully structured tannins, seemingly unstoppable acidity and a long, chewy finish, which remains taut and mineral.
