Rocas is a blend of 38% Malbec, 25% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Grenache, 8% Petit Verdot, aged for 22 months, in French oak barrels (65% new).  The 2020 vintage of Rocas de Seña has a beautiful purple colour. Subtle aromas of coffee and Asian spices with a touch of mocha from the oak create a very deep and complex nose.  The palate is vibrant and tense with good density and shows multiple layers of fresh fruits, spices, and balsamic notes with a hint of smoke. It displays great freshness and a smooth texture with a long and juicy finish.  This is a very elegant and splendidly youthful wine.

Sierra Milenario Tequila Reposado, a 100% de Agave tequila, is carefully distilled twice and stored in oak barrels for up to nine months. Barrel storage gives this tequila its warm, golden color. Sierra Milenario Tequila Reposado contains notes sweet fruit, caramel, and subtle spices. A light amber, golden colour. On the nose it is full of the intense fragrance of agaves harmonised with spices such as vanilla. It has an excellent balance of sherry cask and floral fragrances. In the mouth it has strong notes of agave with a subtle hint of pepper. Its finish is long with the subtle memory of sherry cask.

It displays an intense ruby red color with garnet highlights appearing after the wine breathes. On the nose, you'll find black cherry, rose petals, and tobacco leaf, with blueberry, blackberry compote, and underbrush notes. On the palate, it is rich yet taut, with integrated acidity, fine tannins, and a flavorful mid-palate that combines dark fruit and subtle spice. The finish is long, enveloping, and clean, with a return of fruit and an earthy touch.

Pairs with flavorful dishes where fatty or smoked components meet the Pinot Noir’s freshness, such as grilled salmon with rosemary potatoes or spiced duck breast with balsamic sauce. It works well with roast white meats, mushrooms, and preparations with aromatic herbs, where the fine tannins do not overpower the dish. Regionally, it goes with Pacific salmon and light game dishes from the Pacific Northwest. Roast turkey with cranberry sauce remains a classic pairing.

Crafted from the Fuentelún parcel, the 35-year-old area of the estate, where vines emerge from the sandy soils in rows from north to south.  This Reserva strikes a beautiful balance between power and elegance, showcasing the region’s capacity for both ripe fruit expression and refined structure. This wine reveals layered aromas of dark berries, savory herbs, and elegant spice, supported by firm yet polished tannins and a lingering sense of freshness.  

Following fermentation, the Reserva is matured for 24 months in French oak barrels, allowing the wine to develop depth and complexity while integrating tertiary notes. The extended barrel ageing promotes rich texture, fine grain tannins, and subtle notes of cedar, vanilla, and smoke, resulting in a wine that harmonizes fruit, wood, and terroir for an expressive, age-worthy profile.

 Deep ruby colour with purple nuances. Intense aromas of ripe black berries and black plum mixed with spices and vanilla notes. Dense and deep. Taut with an elegant structure and a tight texture. Well-integrated tannins. It is perfectly matched with red meat grilled or en sauce and all cheeses, especially the local cheeses like Epoisses or Citeaux.

Rose Majeur is the perfect embodiment of the originality and finesse of the House’s wines. Made predominantly from Chardonnay it is crafted with the addition of a small proportion of Pinot Noir from the best crus of the Montagne de Reims. A low dosage enables it to express the House style, both feminine and generous, with great elegance.

Pale, with a delicate pink hue. Charming, generous and open. Reveals aromas of red berries (strawberries, raspberries) and vine peaches. Light yet expressive. Shows great freshness, due to the high proportion of chardonnay in the blend. Notes of red gooseberries and raspberries, with a lengthy and voluptuous finish.

This blend of Chardonnay & Sauvignon Blanc offers a very bright color with green reflections; Fresh, floral and expresses white fruits such as peaches and pears Elegant attack, round and fresh with a hint of minerality. Good finish on white fruits with a beautiful acidity.

Modest but sure of its presence, Clinet lies at one of the highest points upon the renowned plateau at the heart of Pomerol – instantly recognisable by its red shutters and beautiful roses. It is home to one of the oldest vineyards in the appellation, with traces of the vineyard’s existence dating back to 1595. This vineyard is equally famed for offering wine with an incomparable character and quality.

The blend for 2010 is largely dominated by 85% Merlot, with some Cabernet Sauvignon and a small amount of Cabernet Franc also included. Inky/purple-colored, the wine has an exceptionally full-bodied, layered, moderately tannic mouthfeel and impressive power. Loads of melted chocolate/fudge and black fruits galore along with some coffee bean, mocha, as well as some background oak are all present in this big, formidably endowed, masculine style of Pomerol that will take longer to shed its tannin than the 2009. I would give this wine 5-6 years of cellaring and drink it over the following 30+ years. 

A complex and well-rounded expression, matured only in sherry seasoned oak casks, a high proportion first fill. Bottled at natural colour with a sweet vanilla, pear and fresh ginger character. Sena 2020 is a blend of 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Malbec, 15% Carmenere and 7% Petit Verdot, aged for 22 months in 90% French oak barrels (78% new) and 10% Foudres.  With a deep and beautiful garnet-red colour with violet hues, it presents complexity on the nose with multiple layers of fresh red-fruit aromas such as cherries and raspberries accompanied by violets and pleasing touches of dill and rosemary, all framed by light notes of sweet spices.  The palate shows young fruits, more sweet spices, and smooth balsamic tones. It is fresh and juicy with elegant  ne-grained tannins that create to a silky and pleasing sensation.  The 2020 vintage of Seña shows elegance and balance with an ample and profound finish.
