This unique wine expresses a distinctly mineral version of Sauvignon Blanc with electrifying bright acidity, taut citrus fruit flavours delivering immense drinking pleasure.

Not surprisingly, these crisp wines exhibit impressive, characteristic minerality along with lemon citrus, gooseberry and grass notes. This delightful and refreshing expression of Sauvignon Blanc is ideally suited to dishes featuring white fish, poultry and shellfish. It also offers a crispy counterpoint to richer dishes like pasta with cream sauce or risotto with asparagus.

Oak-aged for 24 months, this shows a clear ruby red color.  On the nose, the attack is fruity and floral at the same time with hints reminiscent of blackcurrants, blueberries and raspberries; floral notes reminiscent of violets and dog roses follow. This is followed by spicy notes reminiscent of black pepper, cloves and star anise. Delicate tertiary notes and freshness given by balsamic and citrus scents are also interesting. The palate reveals a nice acid-alcoholic component and the tannic texture is well present, dense and silky.

An elegant, light-coloured Rose, with delicate ruby reflections, a refined balance between Syrah and Vermentino. Alie, a fabled sea nymph, a symbol of sensuality and beauty, inspired Alie, an elegant rose with a luminous pink hue and subtle ruby highlights. It is a stylish, beautifully-balanced blend of Syrah and Vermentino, varieties that express our finest qualities when grown near the sea.

With a beautiful pale pink colour, the nose stands out intense fruity and floral scents such as peach, rose and peony. Citrus notes perfectly integrated in the context give a wonderful crispness even more accentuated by delicate iodine hints. The bouquet is all in progress and in a second moment appear sensations of aromatic herbs such as thyme and sage. The taste-olfactory correspondence is impressive, moreover to the palate is perceived a wonderful crispness together with sapidity. Alie is a full bodied, silky and smooth wine.

Bright lemon-yellow in colour, the 3 Tales Sauvignon Blanc exudes ripe primary aromas of gooseberry and passionfruit with a mineral tone. The mouth filling palate demonstrates fresh citrus, nectarine and honeyed flavours balanced by Marlborough’s vibrant acidity, leading into a long, lingering finish.

Wonderfully ripe Pinot Noir that sits somewhere between the Burgundian and New World styles. Classic Pinot fruit flavours of cherry and raspberry dominate the palate with the oak just bring a hint of earthiness. Ruby red colour, beautiful play of colours, cherry and raspberry like flavours and aromas. A hint of oak from the barrique barrel ageing, well balanced, soft acidity and ripe finish. Lovely served as an aperitif, or alternatively serve with dark meats as a main course or pair with cheese.

Modest but sure of its presence, Clinet lies at one of the highest points upon the renowned plateau at the heart of Pomerol – instantly recognisable by its red shutters and beautiful roses. It is home to one of the oldest vineyards in the appellation, with traces of the vineyard’s existence dating back to 1595. This vineyard is equally famed for offering wine with an incomparable character and quality. 

Clinet has been on a hot streak lately and the 2009 appears to be the greatest wine ever made at the estate, surpassing even the late Jean-Michel Arcaute’s monumental 1989. A blend of 85% Merlot and tiny amounts of Cabernet Franc (12%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (3%), this big Pomerol boasts an opaque, moonless night inky/blue/purple color in addition to a gorgeous perfume of blueberry pie, incense, truffles, black raspberries, licorice and wood smoke. Viscous and multi-dimensional with silky, sweet tannin, massive fruit concentration and full-bodied power, there are nearly 4,000 cases of this thick, juicy, perfect Clinet. It should drink well in 3-5 years and keep for 25-30 years.

The 2017 Haut-Bailly is composed of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot. Very deep garnet-purple colored, it has a wonderfully spicy nose of cinnamon stick, cloves, anise and fenugreek with core of roses, warm blueberries, black forest cake and black raspberries plus hints of underbrush and iron ore. Medium to full-bodied with firm, ripe, grainy tannins, it has oodles of freshness and great finesse, continuing bright and energetic on the long, minerally finish. 

This wine takes its name from the walls that protected the monastery at Poblet during the Mercenary Wars. he unmistakable identity of Grans Muralles is thanks to the stony, slate ground (Licorella) of the region, and the grape varieties used to make it. One century after the phyloxera plague the Torres family have begun to recuperate autoctonous grape varieties believed to be extinct, such as Garro and Samso, using modern viticultural techniques. Together with red Garnacha, Mazuelo and Monastrell they create the unique spirit of this wine, aged in new French oak (Tronçais thin grain) for 18 months.

Warm and compact full-fruit aromas are spicy, creamy and integrated, with nothing held in reserve. A huge palate stampedes with grapy blackberry, ripe plum and burn. There’s power and some fiery aggression to this Catalonian classic, with chocolaty oak settling in alongside flush berry power on a loud finish.

Composed of 60% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Franc and 18% Cabernet Sauvignon, which was harvested from September 25 to October 3, the 2017 Pavie is very deep garnet-purple in color and rolls slowly and sensuously out of the glass with growing scents of Black Forest cake, black plum preserves, blueberry compote and fruitcake plus suggestions of melted chocolate, licorice, crushed rocks and Indian spices with a waft of violets. Full-bodied, the palate packs a powerful punch, laden with electric layers of energetic black and blue fruits. All this decadent fruit is supported by fantastic freshness and very, very ripe, velvety tannins, finishing with epic length. Location, location, location was everything in 2017. Pavie has one of the most enviable locations in all of Bordeaux and boy-oh-boy does it show in this spectacular wine. 

Decades since first release, this trusted everyday range of wines is best enjoyed with family and friends. The Shiraz was harvested in the cool of the early morning, following a short period of skin contact before being pressed to achieve the delicate pale colour.

Pale salmon pink in colour with suggestions of rose petal, wild strawberry and crisp red apples. A succulent palate with a smattering of sweetness and underlying acidity providing symmetry to the mouthfeel and life of this wine. Crafted from the Fuentelún parcel, the 35-year-old area of the estate, where vines emerge from the sandy soils in rows from north to south.  This Reserva strikes a beautiful balance between power and elegance, showcasing the region’s capacity for both ripe fruit expression and refined structure. This wine reveals layered aromas of dark berries, savory herbs, and elegant spice, supported by firm yet polished tannins and a lingering sense of freshness.  

Following fermentation, the Reserva is matured for 24 months in French oak barrels, allowing the wine to develop depth and complexity while integrating tertiary notes. The extended barrel ageing promotes rich texture, fine grain tannins, and subtle notes of cedar, vanilla, and smoke, resulting in a wine that harmonizes fruit, wood, and terroir for an expressive, age-worthy profile.

The extended bottle aging allows the wine to develop a sophisticated bouquet with aromas of ripe dark fruits, such as blackberries and plums, complemented by notes of spices, chocolate, and a hint of floral undertones. On the palate, Warre's Bottle Aged LBV Port is full-bodied and velvety, showcasing concentrated flavors of rich fruit, balanced by well-integrated tannins and a long, smooth finish. Exploring a new dimension of Martell Ageing Savoir-Faire, this is the latest incantation of the famous Martell VSOP. They exclusively age our eaux de vie in fine grained oak barrels, in order to enhance subtly the delicate fruity aromas of our spirits, crafted from Martell specific distillation method. When a barrel is called ‘Red’, a reference to the reddish color of aged wood, it has aged before other eaux-de-vie during at least 2 years up to 8 years, reaching the perfect stage of maturation for both the wood and the spirit.

For Martell VSOP aged in Red Barrels, our cellar master selected only these very rare red fine grained oak barrels to age this cognac, highlighting Martell specific ageing style.

At first, the bouquet is round and fresh, run through by intense fruity notes. The aromas of fresh yellow stone fruits, like cherry plum and baby Reine-Claude, are gently coated by subtle mellowed woody notes. Once in motion, the power of its aromas grows and gains depth, with fleshier fruits such as apricot or vine peach chiming in. In the mouth, it has a full, broad attack and unveils the same intense fruity tones, small plums and honeymoon peaches and apricots. The fruity flavours are marvelously enhanced by delicate notes of sweet spices from the wood of the russet barrels, the very same barrels that create that perfect balance between the expressiveness of the eaux-de-vie and refinement of the spiced notes.
