The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 year old single malt whisky has been matured in traditional oak whisky casks for 14 years, and then ‘finished’ in casks that previously held Caribbean rum. To create the ideal finish Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE filled American oak casks with his own blend of select West Indian rums.

Mumm Marlborough is a distinctive Sparkling Wine that marries the best of New Zealand Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes with the Methode Traditionnelle style of French winemaking. The Result is a refine, elegant wine of exceptional quality and delightfully fruity notes, with delicate lemon-lime and vanillin aromas, the palate beautifully weighted, creamy and toasty with a deliciously chalky finish.

The wine has plenty of zip with lemon/lime skins, straw and floral hints in the nose. Vibrant yellow colour with restrained aromas of citrus, apple and flint. It is precise and layered with clean, driving acidity, elegance and finesse.  Great with smoked salmon, shellfish, grilled fish, vegetable dishes or goats' cheese.

Bright garnet colour with ruby reflections. The nose is very complex. It releases notes of cherry and black pepper. We feel these southern notes of garrigue and black olive as well as a discreet touch of vanilla. It is an expressive wine dominated by ripe fruit and spices (roasted mocha, blueberry and wild blackberry). Good aging potential with a more promising development. 

The quintessence of the great terroirs of Provence. Le Lion et Dragon rouge will go perfectly with game such as hare stew à la royale or veal cheek casserole with asparagus.

The latest addition to the Chivas stable, the XV is aged for a minimum of 15 years and selectively finished in Grande Champagne Cognac casks, this unique whisky is luxuriously fruity and deliciously sweet. The subtle influence of the cognac makes it the ultimate way to elevate your night out. Rich and sweet with concentrated notes of stewed red apple, homemade orange marmalade, honey, cinnamon and moist juicy sultanas. Incredibly smooth and fruity with flavours of poached pears intermingled with butterscotch and caramel toffees all rolled up in a wonderful velvety texture.

Exceptional skill, decades of dedication and an inventive mind make a brilliant Malt Master. Earth and soaked wood aromas blend with deep vanilla. Flavours are sharp with spice and round with plum. After many years ageing in oak casks, Malt Master’s Edition spends its final years in sherry casks. This layers an unmatched depth of aroma and flavour in each one of our individually crafted batches.

A perfect expression of harmony, complexity and refinement, the 18 y/o combines honey sweetness with delicious hints of cherries wrapped in chocolate, and subtle top notes of aromatic peat smoke. A profusion of ripe floral notes and fresh blossom with a delectable fruit salad. Notes of honeyed exotic fruits with a little botrytis. Creamy and full with fruit conserves and espresso. A creaminess with cinnamon and allspice. Notes of toffee with thick black forest honey with a touch more citrus.

The name says it all at Laphroaig FOUR OAK; four different types of barrel are used – Ex-Bourbon Barrels, Quarter Casks, Virgin American Oak Barrels, and European Oak Hogsheads give this single malt Scotch whisky its exceptional peaty and smoky aroma.

Lightly aged for two months in oak barrels, this offers subtle complexities of fresh agave, oak, citrus, and honey with a light amber hue. Smooth and sweet on the palate with exceptional balance; the finish is highlighted with flavours of floral and vanilla notes.

Bols Genever won Double Gold and Best of Show during the Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America convention 2018 and got rewarded with the Best Dutch Genever Award during the World Best Gin competition 2018.

The rum has a robust character, with prominent notes of vanilla, warm cinnamon, and hints of rich toffee and nutmeg. It’s designed to be smooth and versatile, making it ideal for sipping neat, on the rocks, or as a base in cocktails like a classic Rum and Cola or a spiced twist on a Mai Tai. The bottle features classic Sailor Jerry artwork, emphasizing its roots in American counterculture and maritime tradition​. 

This pale-yellow-colour wine has aromas of apricot and flint. It fills the mouth with flavors of nectarine, pineapple, orange blossom and herbes de Provence. It is full textured for a White Wine, with a sense of weight on the palate that is offset by vibrant acidity.

It is an attractive amber in appearance, with plenty of orangey highlights: its very color and viscosity seem to give an indication of its richness. On the nose, a whole series of positive and powerful sensations invite us to taste it: alcohol, oak, honey and a fresh, acidulous vein, hint at its austere strength. On the palate, we find the same precise and assertive sensations we observed on the nose.

Monkey Shoulder is a blend of three different Single Malts – Glenfiddich, Balvenie, and Kininvie – and is great with mixers or just on its own. Smooth, sweet, and very easy to drink. Super smooth, with zesty orange meeting mellow vanilla, honey, and spiced oak; On the palate, it offers mellow vanilla with spicy hints.

Still family-owned today, William Grant & Sons has been distilling the finest Scotch whiskies since 1887. Early in the 2000s, the team at William Grants recognized an opportunity to bring the world of Scotch to a much bigger audience through championing cocktails and mixed drinks as a new way to enjoy Scotch. With this brief in mind, an epic blend of Scotch malt whiskies was chosen to create the perfect whisky for mixing, and as you will see from our bottle, the blend that was chosen was called batch 27.
