In 1928, his generation became the family’s first to market Torres brandy. It is inspired in his decanter, a family heirloom that has been handed down for generations.
Fine, dark amber-coloured. A deep, warm aroma, with traces of dried fruit and nuts. It exhibits elegant hints of spices (vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg). It is round, intensely velvety and lush on the palate, with a lingering aftertaste typical of its noble origin and aristocratic ageing.

As Cyril Camus often says, a great Cognac is born of a father, a grandfather and a great-grandfather who were able to pass on an ancient culture of the art of distillation and aging, whilst each adding our own personal touch. Family Legacy is the latest addition to the Camus family. The most remarkable feature of this Cognac is the way its creators methodically, patiently and subtly adhered to the ancestral rules of perfect blending, a legacy of five generations of accumulated expertise, recorded for posterity in notebooks since the 19th century. 8 consecutive blends are required to produce Family Legacy and thus attain the perfect degree of 40.8% vol.
This amber Cognac with sparkling hints of gold captivates with its velvety, complex aromas of tangerine, violet and oak, which notes reminiscent of haute couture perfume. Rich and generous on the palate, the enticing hints of creme brulee expand to reveal a long, complex bouquet of dried fruit notes and a lingering, balanced finish.
Camus Borderies VSOP is a Single-Estate Cognac produced exclusively from Camus’ own magnificent vineyards in the very heart of the prestigious Borderies Appellation.
Borderies is the oldest and smallest cru in the appellation, representing less than 5% of the cognac AOC. With its 188 hectares (464 acres), Camus owns the largest extension of vineyards belonging to one single producer within the Cru. Thanks to their unique clay-limestone soil rich in flints, our parcels in the Borderies Cru give origin to a very distinctive Single Estate VSOP, with deep floral notes.

To mark this deep connection with the land, discarded meadow cuttings have been given new life in this presentation box and bottle labels. The presentation box features photography by Mary McCartney of The Macallan Estate. The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team have taken inspiration from natural Scottish grasslands to create this distinctive expression, redolent of warm meadows and mature barley fields, with a rich, citrus scented finish, using a combination of both sherry seasoned oak and bourbon casks.

For this 1994 vintage, July and August were extremely favourable to the vines’ development in the little village of Sainte-Meme, located around twenty kilometres northwest of Cognac in the famous Fins Bois cru. Rain in early September gave way to a period of warm, sunny weather enabling harvesting under exceptional conditions and producing rich and perfectly balanced wines.
Camus’ Cellar Master chose precisely the right moment to halt the alchemy working between the character from distillation and the influence of the oak, letting the fresh notes of this Rarissimes 1994 Fins Bois which has reached its peak, express themselves.
Intense gold. Luxuriant, fruity and fresh, it is both intense and delicately spiced with wonderful oak and vanilla notes. A delicate liveliness that begins with fruity notes to develop into flavours of tropical fruit.

Camus ‘XO Elegance’ demands years of patience and meticulous work. The first step involves rigorous selection of the eaux-de-vie, ensuring that they completement one another to reveal the full potential of these famous Cognac crus – such as the precious Borderies that round off this blend with their trademark finesse and superb ageing potential. Next comes a lengthy maturing process, in damp cellars with each cru beginning to express its unique harmony and personality. Camus ‘XO Elegance’ is a perfect blend of fresh primary aromas straight from the vine, backed with the maturity which comes from a truly accomplished ageing process.
The flower-scented bouquet enriched by dried fruit and crunchy almonds already provide a harmony of the senses. This full and stimulating fragrance of the Camus XO Elegance Cognac also continues in the mouth. Here hazelnuts can be clearly discovered which emulate with a gentle hint of vanilla beans. Like a coat, the aroma of ripe plum lies down on the tongue and gives a rich and round body to the tasters.
The finish is smooth, long-lasting and spicy. The sweet facets of vanilla beans and plums linger. The almonds come more to the fore, accompanied by slightly peppery sounds and a touch of oak. This Camus XO in addition boasts a soothing resonance which remains very positive in memory for a long while.

The Louis XIII Classic decanter has remained the ultimate expression of Remy-Martin finest eaux-de-vie blend since 1874, containing up to 1,200 eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne terroir – the Premier Cru of the Cognac region. Those eaux-de-vie are carefully blended over the years to create the cognac inside every LOUIS XIII Classic decanter. Provenance and time are the very essence of LOUIS XIII cognac. Each drop represents a finely tuned craft passed down from one generation of Cellar Master to the next.
Hand-crafted by skilled artisans from the finest European crystal houses, each decanter is individually numbered and unique. The distinctive design, featuring a 20-carat gold neck and 10 distinctive spikes on each side, is inspired by a 16th-century flask uncovered from the site of the Battle of Jarnac, France, and later owned by LOUIS XIII founder, Paul-emile Remy Martin.

The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 year old single malt whisky has been matured in traditional oak whisky casks for 14 years, and then ‘finished’ in casks that previously held Caribbean rum. To create the ideal finish Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE filled American oak casks with his own blend of select West Indian rums.
When he judged the casks to be ready, the rum was replaced with the 14 year old spirit and the wood was put to work adding the final touches. The result is an exceptional single malt whisky with the traditional smooth, honeyed character of The Balvenie married with notes of toffee and a hint of fruit, with a warm, lingering finish.

The mild temperatures during spring 2004 allowed a regular and consistent development of the vines in precious Borderies soil, and the excellent weather in September enabled harvesting at the best possible moment, thus developing the aromas, finesse, balance and character of a 100% Ugni Blanc wine distilled on fine lees.

The blend of Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Bon Bois cognacs are presented in a Baccarat crystal decanter designed by French sculptor, Serge Mansau. This in turn nests inside a wooden case enrobed in the finest, hand stitched Italian leather, and the decanter itself is sealed with a delicate leather lace and finished off with a 24 carat gold clover leaf.
Cuvee 3.140 contains a blend of 65-year guaranteed minimum age Grande Champagne – elegant, with rounded tannins, racy, full and balanced style; 39-year guaranteed minimum age Petite Champagne – soft, generous and light, imbuing the Grande Champagne with subtlety so that each develops its own notes of fruit, toast, cedar and almonds; and 36-year guaranteed minimum age Bons Bois, providing a superb balance between strength and finesse.
Excellent balance on the nose with a rare, complex vibrancy and aromatic notes of prunes, citrus fruits and delicate wood undertones. On the palate, a combination of wood and coffee is said to provide an excellent contrast between the character of the wood and freshness. The finish is long and warm with a lingering memory of dried fruit, spice, wood, flowers – jasmine in particular – and a hint of lemon.
