‘La Blanca’ single vineyard, planted solely with Semillon grapes, lies at an elevation of 338 meters above sea level in the heart of the Maipo Valley, oriented northwest to southeast. The soil is loam, locally referred to as Suelo Franco, and the climate is classified as warm temperate. After careful hand-harvest, the alcoholic fermentation started in stainless steel and was quickly transferred to used French oak barrels. Aging took place in a 25 HL oak cask for 15 months, with fermentation carried out using ambient yeast.

Description

Crafted in a fresh, elegant, restrained style, the wine exhibits a golden yellow color with green hues, offering an enticing nose of stone fruit, honey, nuts, and brioche. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with vibrant, tense acidity, leading to a long, mineral-driven finish.
