Sourced from a few parcels from the Vosne-Romanee Village, located between Vougeot and Nuits-Saint-Georges which produces some of the most prestigious wines of the Cote de Nuits, and Aged in oak casks during 16 months. Delicate floral fragrances (peony) mixed with intense aromas of ripe dark cherries and red berries on a hint of vanilla. Complex and well-balanced. Intense and dense with a silky texture. Elegant oak note, well-integrated tannins. this great wine develop beautiful aromas of ripe red and black berries with a fleshy texture.

The estate spans 45 hectares in some of Burgundy’s finest areas, including Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses, Savigny-Lès-Beaune, Santenay, Chassagne-Montrachet, and Puligny-Montrachet. Chanson is committed to upholding the high quality of Burgundy wines.

At the heart of the estate is the 'Bastion,' a historic defense tower built during the reign of Louis XI and completed under François I. With 8-meter thick walls, this impressive structure has been part of Domaine Chanson since the French Revolution. Its constant temperature and humidity make it ideal for aging wines. Today, the Bastion houses barrels across four levels, with the first three dedicated to red wines and the top floor reserved for whites. This unique aging cellar plays a vital role in the production of Chanson's exceptional wines.
